I heard some people have been here a few months. I got a few questions.
are there any rules about the woods
what animals are there around here [ it might help if you specified where "here" is, gale. ]
what district are you from?

[ the third question is a last-minute addition, a sign he's not entirely convinced yet that his being here isn't a capitol trick. gale debates adding anything else, but common sense provides the more obvious answers. he's not in the mood to waste anyone's time, especially his own. ]

I'm not sure what you mean by "district," but there's fish in the river, and some game animals too.

[ korra answers while sitting in the lotus position somewhere outside, and in her lap there's a giant dog... bear....-esque head laying upside down with a long tongue lolling out of its mouth. as she speaks, korra absently draws her hand over the underside of the animal's chin, much like one would do with a pet. ]

[ korra squints at the locket, pressing her lips together as she reads over the text. it's still weird... seeing these types of words (weirder still knowing she understands them), and as such it still takes a second to process the information. ]

Her name's Naga, she's my polar beardog. [ she shifts on the ground, pushing naga's giant skull out of her lap and causing the canine-ursine to whine, rolling over onto her stomach and placing her head on her giant paws. ] C'mon, Naga! Sit up, say hi!

1. no rules as far as i know. probably shouldn't do anything that would destroy resources and animal habitats, obviously, but that's it.
2. not sure if this is technically an animal, but uh be careful where you walk around the forests
some of the rocks are alive
and much bigger when they stand up. i can only describe them as "giant rock humanoids." they aren't really a problem most of the time, but i accidentally jumped on one and it reacted badly.

there are deer and rabbits, too. and a few different kinds of birds.
