video/OPEN TO BOTH COURTS
[When Elincia appears, she looks a little bit...frazzled. Definitely out of sorts. The circlet on her forehead is missing and her armor doesn't seem to be quite complete]
Ah...I don't suppose anyone has seen a couple of healing staffs lying around, have they? I found this--
[She lifts a giant axe (something big enough and heavy looking enough to look like it should cause Elincia some trouble but she handles the weight well, all things considered) up to the locket and looks a little bemused. She knows who the axe belongs to at least. All the more reason to get traveling soon]
---in their place. As nice as this axe is, I don't think I'm going to find much use out of it.
If anyone finds my staffs, I will be waiting in the stables for their return.
[She can't run off to travel without her staffs after all.
People can find healing staffs all over Caer Glaem. In trees, random suits of armor and so on AND MAYBE IN YOUR THINGS thanks Kow.]

[It was nice to see he had arrived at the station well. A puzzled look crosses her face]
What on earth would anyone get out of taking things and hiding them?
[Actually, she'd also like to know how on earth they got into her things without her noticing. A question for another another day]

[ he looks unwell, but composed, for the moment ]
I do not know, but a good friend of mine has had a bottle stolen - fortunately it has landed in my brother's possession. It was taken from his room while he slept - It almost feels some strange game.
Re: private video
That is very fortunate. It does feel like some game, with everyone as confused as they are right now.

I think that depends on what healing staffs look like. Not so much like axes, right? [ That's a joke. Mostly. ] Is there, you know, more of an ornate thing going on here or are they pretty straight tree-branch-y, or...?
video
She has to laugh a little at the mental image though]
No, no, nothing like an axe. My healing staffs are made of wood, with a crystal ball embedded at the very top. They're fairly big so you can't miss them.

[ He's got animal-sitting and inbox-spamming in his schedule, but not much of anything else to distract himself from the worry related to those priorities. The best answer to not wanting to think about a thing is to find something else to think about. ]
Re: video
Thank you. Once I have my staffs again, I can help you with anything that needs to be healed.

[This is important. How will he know if he finds one if he doesn't know what they look like?]
I don't think I've ever seen one to know...you know. If I find one.
Re: video;
[She really shouldn't have assumed people would know]
They're made of wood and have a crystal orb at the end. They're about as big as--well, this axe. But much lighter.
video;
[Nod, nod.]
I'll keep a lookout for them. [There's a brief pause, during which he considers her curiously.] ...So, if you have healing staffs, does that mean you can use magic?
Re: video;
[Does she look odd for a magic user or something?]
Yes, I can. But I have only been trained in healing magic.

Uh...Elincia? Where did that axe come from?
Re: [video]
This? Hmm, I'm not exactly sure. It belongs to my Lord Ike, but he isn't anywhere near Caer Glaem right now.
[video]
Lord Ike? So...he's probably somewhere in the Drabwurld. We can keep an eye out for him, if you want. What does he look like?
[Wait.]
Oh, and, I'll look for your staves, too. Which ones are missing?
Re: [video]
He's very tall with dark blue hair. He'll have a red cloak on. You really can't miss him. He was on his way to the station, last time I checked.
[Seriously you can't miss Ike]
My more powerful ones. I still have my heal staffs with me but my mend staffs and physic staffs are gone.

[Ike can't help but look relieved by the sight, although there should probably be something alarming about Elincia hefting around an axe like that.]
Re: [video]
[Elincia smiles and sets the axe down to find something to wrap it up in. Got to keep it safe]
Is it too much to hope they sent you my healing staffs in return?

[He has to smile at the care she's taking with it. It's a pretty resilient axe.]

[have a blond demigod brandishing a staff he'd woken up to prodding him in the side this morning (and definitely good to know there was a magic kow to blame for that, and not someone sneaking into his room at night to plant a piece of wood in his bed). he can't really say for sure whether it's a healing staff, or hers, but hey, he's seen enough movies and games and such to know what the typical idea of a staff looks like.]
