Video/Action at the Station/backdated to the 25th
[Locked to Seelie]
[Galadriel’s manner is all business like when she appears onscreen and her speech is the same- clipped, efficient, precise.]
Recently, I was gifted with several messages which I believe to be of great import. Until I am certain of their intended audience and their meaning, I am hesitant to discuss them openly. I realize, however, that others here have access to resources that I do not. In this instance, practicality constrains my caution; I would know what information others have on these matters. I would ask if the name 'Isengrim' means aught to any here, or if any know of either the Fourteenth Sigil or a Wreath festival.
[Sparse in details, but that's done purposefully. This is more fishing for people to respond than looking for information outright. She doesn't exactly want to carry these conversations over a public channel.]
[Private video to Peeta Mellark]
I have a favor I would ask of you, Master Mellark, if you are willing.
[Open for action in the Station]
[Anyone in the common areas here may stumble across Galadriel, her hair tossed up in a quick bun, bent over a map of the Drabworld, marking paths and locations with a pencil and jotting names and numbers down into a small notebook.]

[Voice | Private]
I've been requested by someone else to do research on the Fourteenth Sigil and Wreath festival. My companions and I are heading somewhere that has the best chance of giving detailed information on it. I haven't heard of Isengrim, but we could add that to our list of things to research.

Let us dispense with these vagueries, shall we? Some degree of trust is necessary, I think, for either of us to profit here. I am called Galadriel. May I have your name in return, friend?
no subject
[That's a polite way to say he's trying to avoid that information being leaked so he doesn't get murdered, right?]
no subject
May I ask if your friend gave you a reason that he wished you to do this research?
no subject
My companions and I had made plans to go to a place where we could get answers. Answers that didn't favor any side in this war, with information going all the way to the beginning of things. I told him about those plans, and he's been sending me topics or questions to research once we arrive at our destination. The Sigil and the Wreath Festival were part of the request. I believe he came across them while he'd been at Redgate.

[He wants to know what it is before he agrees. He trusts Galadriel more than most, but he's trying to be more careful.]

I do not trust that either of us have received the full truth of this war from our monarchs, to be quite frank, and I would compare the records and histories of each court.

I will share with you, however, the warning that was given me; I was told that pursuing this line of inquiry would lead only to grief and madness. If you wish to decline to assist me this, knowing what you now know, I will not hold it against you.
video; private.
[ lmao hi he's got a baby dragon sitting on his shoulder, though she certainly doesn't look anything like the dragons of galadriel's home. ]
video, private, forever
[But, no. It may not look precisely like what she's used to, but it's close enough to be recognized. And she's far too distracted by that dragon to go any further without saying-] I beg your pardon, but is that a dragon upon your shoulder?
no subject
Yeah, this is Doll.

... No? She likes sitting there.

[action]
[Which is also why, thirty seconds later, she'll suddenly be standing near her, head tilted to the side as she peers at the woman's scribbles on the map. Two imps with pink face paint flutter around nearby, waiting for her.]
[She doesn't say anything, she's just reading for now!]
no subject
Do my plans interest you? [She speaks without looking up, but there's a smile in her voice.]
no subject
Maybe.
[Her grin is sly, and she starts to walk then, in a circle around where the elf is looking at her map, letting her arms swing at her side.]
What are you trying to plan for?
no subject
I am considering proposing a journey to my daughter. As there are several routes we might take, I am attempting to discern the most efficient.
