[ Allison's first ever post on the network is her sitting on her bed, a large bow sitting on her lap. In her hands, she's got a single arrow, green and white fletched. She's toying with it as she talks to the network, and she looks a little proud but mostly sheepish. ] So I guess helping out those fairies was a good thing.

[ She clears her throat. ]

So, since I want to try it out... I was just wondering, anyone want to go with me? It's always more fun to practice with someone else.

[ She reaches out to turn the locket off, but remembers something! ] My name is Allison, by the way! I haven't really introduced myself on here, yet.

[ There's a small, kind of self conscious wave, and then she shuts the video off. ]

[ Allison nods, remember he can't see her. ] I hate it when that happens. But you're healing, right?

Yes. I have not tested my arms on the bow yet, but speaking with you now has made it into a great temptation.

[ John's healing arts, elven healing, a month was likely more than enough to heal them proper, after all, though his back remains a setback. ]

Just be careful? I mean, you probably already know that. [ She smiles at him. ] I just don't want you hurting yourself again because I tempted you to pick the bow back up.

I will be careful, before now my bow was very near an extension of me.

[ Gentle, soothing laughter in his voice. ]

Your concern is appreciated, however you need not be worried.

Sorry, I just kind of have a little mama bear in me I guess. You're welcome.

[ Mamabear... that's a new term, but at least he can make the heads and tails out of it! And it makes him laugh lightly, in amusement. ]

I understand the sentiment. It speaks of a good heart to care quite so for another you have just met.

[ A beat then- ]

Perhaps, if you ever happen upon the Station, we will shoot together.

[overdraws]

That's actually a really funny coincidence. I'm probably going to be heading there soon.

In such case, I will attempt to be at my best for the time of your arrival. Safely, naturally.

Very good! Travel with company and travel safely, though the way from Caer Glaem [ Too nice to be Unseelie, he finds, though then again, so is Tauriel...! ] ought not be peppered with too many dangers. Both the Great Greenwood and Forest of Breagha are friendly lands and you should find plenty of beauty among these trees.

[ He cares little about the plains though... ]
