[ Allison's first ever post on the network is her sitting on her bed, a large bow sitting on her lap. In her hands, she's got a single arrow, green and white fletched. She's toying with it as she talks to the network, and she looks a little proud but mostly sheepish. ] So I guess helping out those fairies was a good thing.

[ She clears her throat. ]

So, since I want to try it out... I was just wondering, anyone want to go with me? It's always more fun to practice with someone else.

[ She reaches out to turn the locket off, but remembers something! ] My name is Allison, by the way! I haven't really introduced myself on here, yet.

[ There's a small, kind of self conscious wave, and then she shuts the video off. ]

[ Allison's about to answer in the negative when another voice pipes up in the background, tiny and very obviously a fairy, even if he's not terribly audible. ] Oh, uh... I've just been informed maybe two weeks by horseback?

( voice. )

[ did she just hear what she thinks she just heard. ]

Perfect. Unfortunately I forgot to add "take horseback lessons" to my extracurriculars at school. [ omg artemis stop being such a negative nancy. ] It's worth it to get out of this place.

[ and now for the other important detail: ]

( voice. )

Nice to meet you. And... you're not the only one. It wasn't exactly one of the things my mom thought I needed to know growing up. But it can't be that hard, right?

( voice. )

[ and archery is just notching an arrow to a string.

Oh! [ Ignore that pleasantly surprised tone. Allison's just pleased that someone else is going to come join her. ]
