If anyone would like to go ice skating, please do feel free to join me in the unused gathering hall on the fifth floor of Caer Glaem. Skates can be provided for those who need them, as well as a quick skating lesson, if you've never had the chance to try before. I'll be here all day.

[ ooc: basically Elsa's taken one of the bigger rooms and froze it all over, so it'll probably look a little like this, only wider right yeah. big room. instead of putting up a log I'm just going to say go ahead and use this as an actionspam party post kinda deal, if you want! closed threads are cool ( even if they're not open to Elsa, though you can handwave that she gave them literal ice skates ), open to all that would have access to the Seelie castle. i just thought an ice skating party would be cute, haha. just label if it's a text reply or an action thread in the subject or whatever, yus ]

If you'd like to, sure. There's a path along the outside of the ice, with plenty of chairs. I would still bring a blanket or a cushion to sit on, just in case. [ HEH SHEEPISH ] The room is likely very, very cold for anyone who isn't used to the ice and snow.

-- Mind if I ask why you won't be skating? It's really rather fun, once you get the hang of it.

I've always wanted to see snow. I read of it, of course and I even saw a picture of it once but I've never actually seen it. I never dreamed of ever going far enough to see it well I did dream but -

[ babbling, rapunzel ]

it's sort of hard to explain; well, it isn't, really but um.

[ nobody likes the mumbling. she sighs and rises from her chair, holding the locket so her length of hair can be seen. ]

You've never seen snow? It almost feels like cheating to have you see it inside first, but I suppose the weather outside is too warm to try and show you a proper flurry. [ what was that about babbling ] No, no, the gathering hall will be perfect. I'll let Jack know, too. And-

-- Your hair is so long. [ wow really? like she didn't know. talk about an Anna moment ] And beautiful! Really. [ her fingers reach to brush over her own braid with a smile ] I think I'm a little jealous. Although I can see how that might make ice skating a little difficult, yes. Hmm.

I always dreamed of seeing snow so while it would be nice to skate - I don't mind watching.

[ aaah she's way too excited over introducing someone to snow for the first time, and she can't even be bothered to try and hide it. her smile is wide and genuine, something more like the kind she wears around her sister. or.. did, for the short period of time she had with her after the gates were opened for good, before she was brought here ]

Luckily, there are lot of fun things to do in the snow. However, there are a lot of abandoned hallways in this castle. Maybe another time we could try skating the length of one of the longer corridors. I would suggest it now, but I'd rather not leave this hall as long as there are children skating on the ice. Soon though, alright?

For now, feel free to join us here in the hall whenever you'd like to. There's plenty of room for a proper- indoor blizzard.
