video ( open to seelie + unseelie )
[ The feed opens with Hermione in the library - where else would she be? - in the Seelie court, a pile of books and papers around her. It's obvious she's been reading and taking notes, going deeper and deeper into as many of the shelves as she can (and the only place she hasn't been allowed access is the Restricted Area, which she is going to get permission for soon). After a moment of brushing her hair out of her face and forcing a slightly brighter smile she leans forward, into the 'camera'. ]
Hello, everyone. My name is Hermione Granger, for anyone I haven't met yet, and I was just wondering if you'd mind answering a few questions I have?
[ She pauses for a moment, grabbing a piece of paper with a list on it and smoothing it out. ]
I was wondering if you'd all be able to tell me about magic, or powers, or anything that might not be considered 'normal' to the average human or otherwise that exist in your worlds? Maybe magical creatures, too, or beings that you think do not transcend to other places that you've heard of. In my world, if it's alright to call them that, we have magic, magical creatures and humans, giants, werewolves, vampires... But a lot of worlds - or universes, I suppose - don't.
[ She smiles, almost sheepish, shy. ]
I hope this isn't too intrusive, I'm just curious and I'd love to learn more, if I'm able.

[ She nods, though, looking down at her bracelet with a fond smile. ]
I have. They seem very nice.
video;
[wow. the romans aren't that far off, but all the greeks have is a dinky little summer camp.]
Yeah, they're cool. We've got one more here, Clarisse, but I, uh...wouldn't really call her "nice".
[dependable and brave and strong, sure. she's pretty much the definition of a gryffindor, really. but "nice" and "clarisse" don't belong in the same sentence.]
video;
[ She hesitates, tilting her head and pausing before she hesitates. ]
If not nice then... Friendly?

[then again, being sweet and polite might actually be a good strategy for girls with clarisse, but jason is once again out of the loop about old greek news, including clarisse's odd and tragic friendship with the previous head of the aphrodite cabin.]
video;
[ Not that Hermione intends to be rude back; not unless she's pushed into it. A name (Draco Malfoy) comes to mind and she shakes it off. ]
video;
[a shame, really, since the roman side of things isn't nearly so bad. some of the gods are barely any different from one side to the other, but for all that mars is a dutiful and disciplined soldier, ares is a bully in a leather jacket.]
video;
[ She's thinking Slytherins, here, really, and how they had all seemed rather arrogant and awfully nasty but, in the end, they'd all been good; so many of Slytherin house had fought in the Battle of Hogwarts, though. ]
video;
I know. If I didn't get that, I probably wouldn't cal her a friend, y'know? And however rough she can be, I like having her on my side way more than I'd like having to fight her.
