[ The feed opens with Hermione in the library - where else would she be? - in the Seelie court, a pile of books and papers around her. It's obvious she's been reading and taking notes, going deeper and deeper into as many of the shelves as she can (and the only place she hasn't been allowed access is the Restricted Area, which she is going to get permission for soon). After a moment of brushing her hair out of her face and forcing a slightly brighter smile she leans forward, into the 'camera'. ]

Hello, everyone. My name is Hermione Granger, for anyone I haven't met yet, and I was just wondering if you'd mind answering a few questions I have?

[ She pauses for a moment, grabbing a piece of paper with a list on it and smoothing it out. ]

I was wondering if you'd all be able to tell me about magic, or powers, or anything that might not be considered 'normal' to the average human or otherwise that exist in your worlds? Maybe magical creatures, too, or beings that you think do not transcend to other places that you've heard of. In my world, if it's alright to call them that, we have magic, magical creatures and humans, giants, werewolves, vampires... But a lot of worlds - or universes, I suppose - don't.

[ She smiles, almost sheepish, shy. ]

I hope this isn't too intrusive, I'm just curious and I'd love to learn more, if I'm able.

Weeeeell, liiiike, my mom could see into the future, which was all kinds of hellaciously awesome. And sometimes when she'd get followed by paparazzi and shit, she'd black out their cameras so they couldn't take pictures of her.

Welp, guess that's your prerogative! Alls I know's that my mom's divining saved me from monsters and aliens, sooo I believe in it.

Sometimes it can be reasonable, I suppose, but a lot of what we were taught in school was utter rubbish. Reading tea leaves and looking at the stars, as if it meant something.

[ if there was any way to make a shrug audible, roxy would be doing that right now. it comes across in her inflection at least, a soft "meh" under her breath. ]

I dunno, it comforts some peeps. Makes 'em feel less like their lives are outta control. Like with horoscopes and shit.

I suppose that makes sense. It just feels like believing a lie to me.

[ She shifts, a little uncomfortable with the idea of it. She went through hell in third year. ]

Oh, I'm not disbelieving you! I just mean - horoscopes, that part. The ones that I've seen in muggle magazines? They're all rubbish, stupid generalisations that could mean anything for anyone. That's not magic, really.

I dunno how much I believe it either. [ mainly because uh, well, she never had horoscopes to read herself because every human in the world was dead... so. yeah. no one to conjure up anything based on her sign. ] But obvs some people do, otherwise it wouldn't've been so popular.

I suppose it's just... Nice? To have something to cling to. The idea that the fates are guiding you towards, I don't know, love or whatever they write about.
