Voice, Open
[ Grief, as deep as the sea, as endless as the sky. Pain, like sheeting ice, in the voice that speaks... and for those with ears to hear, a tiny, quiet envy and relief. ]
For those who knew them, the list of those freed from this world now includes the Lady Galadriel and her husband, the Lord Celeborn, their daughter, the Lady Celebrian, the Lady Idril, and Maedhros my brother. Also, the Lady Sif, who counted us as family in lieu of those left in her own world.
Their things are with me, but they left no letters behind.

They're gone.
It hits hard and it hurts. She'd already gone through this the first time her mother sailed and while the thought had occurred to her that one day they might be parted... She didn't think it would be so soon.
And that's when she feels herself start to crumble into small pieces, strength gone as the locket falls to the ground.]
video -> action?
Arwen, silme, oh I am sorry.
action!
It was easier said than done.
The sound of Maglor's voice surprises her, eyes shining as they turn towards him. She felt like a child, making no attempts to put on a brave face for him.]
permaction \o/
Sorry silme, so sorry!

She knows she's not alone, but that doesn't ease the pain.]
Mag- [That's all she can manage, fingers curling as she attempts to keep herself grounded.]

I'll never see her again.

But who knows what the Second Music will bring. Do not despair yet, Arwen. Where you go, the Eldar cannot follow - but I do not think Eru so cruel as to sunder our kindreds forever.

I made my choice, I knew the cost... I just -
[If what she was feeling was any indication of what it would feel like to lose Aragorn, she would not survive it.]

[ It is a tiny little photograph in a frame, who knows where the fairies got it from ]

With a chilled hand, she takes the photo, clutching it close.]
Diola lle.

It is no trouble, silme. I think I should fetch Lord Aragorn, hm? You will need him, I think.
no subject
I will call for him. I- He will want to hear the news if he hasn't already.
[Which odds were, he had and was already making his way to her.]
What about you?
no subject
So brave, little star. Hold tight to each other.

Be safe, you know you can reach out for help should you need it. [Whatever she can offer him in return, she will gladly give.]

[ She and his mother, Muscovy and Aragorn are all that is left to him now - for them, he would do anything ]

Are you related?

Celebraín was my mother. Galadriel and Celeborn my grandparents. [And Idril her great-grandmother, though it was already difficult enough to say those.] If you mean Maglor, in a way, we are.
[A beat.] And might I know your name little lord?

[But he doesn't continue there; this conversation isn't about him.]
I am sure the lady Galadriel will be fine. She is very scary, yes? [Not that Galadriel ever did anything specifically to scare him, but it was quite clear that she could be if she wanted. And being scary is strength. He doesn't worry for her.
...he doesn't really know enough about the other two to comment.]

[The comment about her grandmother earns a bit of a smile, even if it's bittersweet.] She can be, yes. But she can also be quite caring - it is often when she's facing a threat against her family that she is at her most terrifying.
[She'd heard the stories, knew the power her grandmother held.]

You don't hate Maglor, yes?
private; video
Truthfully, no. Though it is no mystery as to why you ask. The past is a dark beast in some regards and while I try to not let it rule my present, it is easier for me as I did not live through some of those hardships.

[He ...has never really been the most diplomatic, being bad at guessing what is okay to say and what is rather. Off-key. But it is safer for Maglor if the only enemies that he has in this world are ones whom he made here.]
