Oh! [Grainne brightens a little.] The faerie rings. They really will transport you to the place you wish to go, but only to another faerie ring. It makes it much easier to travel, although... it is not exactly a comfortable way to go. You need only speak the name of the other ring you wish to go to when you step into one.

It is a little difficult to describe. For me it is disorienting and makes me feel ill for a minute. The change is rather sudden and I would not wonder if that was the reason.

A horse and chariot, if my understanding is true, from Daonna to Caer Glaem would likely be in the vicinity of weeks. It is a vast land we are in. The faery rings truly do help in that regard.

With the winter setting in here, it would be an uncomfortable journey at the least.
