It's a shame what happened at Maupertius, and I am still unsure how to move ahead from it. But for those who wondered, I am both safe and have left the area.

[To which she pauses, an air of something grave in her tone.] I've been asked to sit in place for my liege lord. The idea isn't foreign to me, my own father is a lord back home. [The Neck isn't taken that seriously by anyone outside of it though.]

I seek information for any that have acquired land here. I understand the war, perhaps more now that I have seen what it can do up close, but I ask to know more of what is happening for the people here. I'd wish to do well by them. [In Westeros her people seem to be the more 'out there' type, however they also have more answers to what is going on. Here though, Meera struggles constantly with what to do.]

I did, and so did some Seelie, but I'm unsure about those who tried to help us on your side.

Do you know their names?

Buffy, Spike, a boy named Thomas, I believe. There were a few others.

I don't know any of them -- they must have been fairly new arrivals.

I don't know. I didn't know any of them. Though you are the only Unseelie I speak to on any regular basis.

I can't say I blame you. Some of the others aren't necessarily... open-minded.

It seems strange. When none of us truly come from this world.

That's what I thought, too. But I the people who are native don't seem to care whether we want anything to do with the war.

Unfortunately that also seems to be true. Going into this mission, we didn't want anyone to get hurt. In fact that's how we tried to reason with the Unseelie guards. They're just like us.

What happened?

We were trying to save a war criminal, who had lost his mind, from certain death. Disguised as Unseelie, we tried to get into the city. But Raynard must have known. I left by the urgings of Lancelot.
