The only things I know of that feed off of humans are the really wacked out werewolves. ( Suspension of disbelief, Lydia. ) But I'm going to take a wild guess. Now that I've seen faeries and Kanimas and all sorts of other gross, weird supernatural things, I guess the existence of vampires isn't too far-fetched.
