[ It's late in the evening, but there's still a bit of light in the background as Rin sits outdoors in the southern part of Aghmhor. No doubt she's been tending to her garden in an attempt to keep her mind off of certain things (or people, in this case), but some things need to be addressed. Holding up a familiar piece of parchment, she waves it a bit in front of the locket and addresses her fellow Shardbearers with an exasperated tone that matches her image. ]

Now this is a good example of how a Baron should handle their affairs though I do have to question the matter in which Baron Sterling Archer conducted his will. [ Why she's even wearing a sign that reads PRUDE right across it... only after she was cursed into doing so. A small minor detail that no one has to know. ] So listen up new Barons--because I know there's more than one of you--but inside of your stupid spires is a device I created. If you want to know how to use it to communicate privately with other spires, you can ask your fellow Barons or you can throw a nice gift my way for a brief lesson.

Just... no more liquor. [ Throwing the piece of paper over her shoulder, she turns the locket around to show crates of varying quality. Mostly good as he did have expensive tastes. ]

I work at a coffee shop, not a bar. What am I supposed to do with this again? [ Drink it all? There's no way that's happening. ]

I could share it with whoever could do me a favor. I have a lot of things that need doing should you alcoholics need a fix while sober.

That depends. [ There's always work to be done so she goes through her mental checklist, recalling a building that's seen its fair share of travelers as of late. ] How open are you to working with someone who looks a little... different?

As long as this person isn't a blight-addled Grey Warden with a limp and a crooked spine, I doubt I'll have trouble getting along.

What is it that you needed help with, Miss Rin?

[ Raising a brow. ] Why, does it help him relax a little? If it does, I wouldn't mind sharing with him.

[ Naturally if Rin gets drunk, he might feel the effects of it through their spiritual pact regardless. Wouldn't that be odd? Being drunk without the taste of liquor on one's breath? ]

I'm interested in relocating a number of refugees and overall improving the points of interest in the Unseelie's trade route.

[ IT'S NOT ALL WINE, but before she can get all elitist about liquor to the younger girl there's a more pressing concern to deal with first. ]

[ Turning her locket to show off the image of a very overfed and red baby chocobo. ] I came home one day and discovered Beryl trying to eat it. No doubt it came from his mess of a spire.

[With a semi-lidded stare, Lancelot immediately apologized to Rin after hastily grabbing his locket in the smithy. Hoisted on his shoulder was a jug of moonshine, which was close to his lips and mostly finished.]

...I thought this was a gift.

[ Technically it is a gift. ] That's just another word for inheritance, isn't it?

[ It isn't easy for her to be angry with someone like him so she just takes in a deep breath to calm herself before inquiring about how much he's had to drink. ]

Servants require a lot, don't they?

[ She just snaps the locket shut. ]

[ After a minute, she opens it back up. ] Emiya, you can't just donate this stuff to a church.

[ Johnny's been circling that thing for a couple of days, curious at how it could possibly work. ] It looks pretty cool. Will you teach me? I'll bring gifts, of course.

[ how about four boxes of this? ]

[ Truly the way to her heart... or at least the heart of all the children that's around the house. Six girls and a growing boy will go through chocolate like nothing compared to the calorie counting magus. How does she even keep track of them in the Drabwurld, who knows? ]

Of course, I did make the offer. [ Gifts are always good, but she doesn't need to say that out loud. ]

A party would not solve any of my problems, no, it would only increase them.

[ Plus she spent all of 2701 throwing parties. 2702 is her year to relax, as is every other year after. ]

[But he did explain to her what lacrosse one and was cool with her having a team called the dinosaurs and that was pretty cool. Then she looks over the liquor and makes a face.]

Which is precisely why I'm not drinking it all. [ They will be lucky if she can consume even a decent fraction of this. ]

Wasn't he your neighbor? You should send a housewarming gift or something to the new guy.

[ It wouldn't hurt to look good, especially if another battle broke out. ] Not that I have any suggestions as to what might be good. Baron Archer's spire was a mess, but it was a calculated mess of many projects that will no doubt bolster the Unseelie in war.
