The Seelie Monarchs have two sigils, not just one. Two were used to destroy Caer Scima and deal a heavy blow to the Unseelie Monarchy. Prior to being privy to this information from the Crown, only one sigil was known to be in the hands of Solais.

Who knows where the Seelie got their hands on a second?

I strongly suggest checking to make sure none have disappeared. If one has, then we have a place to start from to learn how it got into their hands.

The Unseelie Crown has implored me to find sigils and turn them over. Do not fear me or any sent by me to come seeking them. There is much I will do for my Court, but there are also things I will not do. Still, it would be best to assume there may be other Unseelie agents out there looking for these artifacts.

I'll begin to poke around. I've heard talk of the Seelie monarchs destroying them for good, but nothing more concrete than that.

Given that none of us knew about the second until now, this might be classified intel unto the highest levels.

I find it hard to believe that the Seelie Monarchs will destroy something that powerful.

I do too. But this was said to one of their shardbearers, which has me conflicted on who to believe. I don't doubt they'd lie about something, but what you're saying is equally correct. If the goal is to use them, then destroy them though--

'Considering' to destroy them is not destroying them. It may very well just be a tactic to soothe the nerves of their shardbearers. [Saber knew very well how to do that without actually lying about something.]

Regardless, we still need to look and find out which sigils are missing. If it is just the one that was turned over - I am aware of who did that, by the way - and the one the Cult of the Fox stole that are gone, then we know the Cult has sold that sigil to the Seelie. If we are missing another, then the Cult most likely still has their own.

And I do not know who all has what sigils. [Which was the reason for this post in the first place.]

I know too. [Harry had told him back in January, but it had never been Waver's information to reveal.] Your call on how to deal with that matter, whenever that's relevant.

If the cult sold it, then what's the price that they were paid, Saber? And to that end, why are they willing to cut a deal with the powers that bring their hated shardbearers into the world?

[Waver sighs, and rubs the bridge of his nose. This place and questions.]

Not-Rider [Gaondorf by any other name] has two, and last I was aware, they're both safe.

I do not know what the price would be. But if they did sell it - as is being suggested - I have no means to find out what they got in return. At least not yet. I am not keen on planting an informant within the Cult.

It's a huge risk. But we need information on them, we both know this. There has to be some means of gaining it.

Not as long as they can tell who is and who is not a shardbearer. This kind of subterfuge is not my forte. You know that.

I know. I'm working on in-roads, but it's slow and I don't know if it will yield anything useful before they do something. [Frustration flares in Waver's voice. Slow and steady is fine if there's results.] I'll tell you when I find something. Do you have all the others accounted for, or are you still waiting for people to check in?

Including the one turned over to the Seelie by that one we both know of and the one stolen by the Cult of the Fox, I have all but three accounted for.
