2: [video] Seelie and Unseelie

[A few days could be excused. There was a lot happening, people were frantic, fires were burning and people had been hurt. So she hadn't worried for a few days. But a few days had passed and she hadn't seen or even heard from him.

Celebrían was understandably concerned. And maybe someone will have heard something that she hasn't.]

Elrond is missing. I have not heard of him since the attack and I worry for him.

[She's trying to keep herself composed but after everything that happened, a part of her is afraid and trying not assume the worst.]

Please. If anyone might know anything, tell me.

The honour and trust borne of removing him from the battle in a princely fashion, Lady, rather than killing him as I did many other defenders.

[ It's a reminder; they're enemies on opposite sides of the battlefield. Who else would be warranted so much?

Precious, precious few. ]

We have come to terms, he shall be released when he has met them.

And the war here would get nowhere, and none of us would see home again. Politely ineffective.

The terms are that he should assist my brothers-in-arms in growing their power for a full turn of the moon, or until the learning he has passed on has exceeded the value of his ransom, estimated at 2,800 gold pieces. And also that he shall oath himself never again to take up blade, bow, or weapon against these banners.

[ His heart clenches; his features are unmoving but for a pinching at the corners of his mouth. ]

If I cannot have Celebrimbor himself, then I will take what his hands have fashioned.

[It's just a vacant murmur, but his pale eyes look... overshadowed. Unwell, when he says it. ]

Very well!

Look every morning at the top window of the bower for a bird which I will send to you. Deliver the Elessar to my courier, who shall ferry it more swiftly to me than horses may go. When it is safely in-hand, I shall release Lord Elrond of Imladris again into the world, pending his word to me on rejoining the battle. I will provide you proof of his safe-going, the manner of his transportation again to Caer Glaem, and the manner of your communique with him shall be renewed. So I swear, Celegorm, son of Fëanor, by the Light Undying.

So I swear.
