Are the women in this world and your own given as much opportunity to defend themselves as the men?

Ridiculous that those already holding power are given the privilege of training to the highest levels of their skills, but those most in need of it are left to rely on the protection of others.

It does, doesn't it? Though, we try to make sure that power doesn't end up too focused on one person or house. At least in government. So we must believe it is true in some capacity.

Not necessarily against, depending on how it goes. But at least to mitigate. Even the monarchs with the best intentions still have power because others lack it It's inherently unfair system.
