Since I seem to be temporarily out of a job, I'm looking for one. Is there anything interesting out there that needs doing? No housework or manual labor. Killing things is a plus. No charity work. I left my resume back in Amyrahl'nn, so to save time just assume I can do whatever it is that needs doing.

Well met, Lusiphur. Are you fond of humans? {Elves have a range of emotions for humans in his experience.} Without their aid, my mother and I would have perished at the hands of Orcs. I owe them far more than my life. They taught me much and gave me hope.

I don't like to generalize. I can't honestly say that I like humans as a whole, but I can't say that I like Elves that much either. It's a person-by-person basis, determined by individual merits. Most people turn out to be assholes, but that's not their race's fault. It's their own.

...Unless that person is a Troll. Those can always get well-acquainted with the business end of my sword. No merits in the whole damn race.

[He makes a disgusted face at the word "orcs"] I doubt the Elves of the Steps would have been so welcoming to refugees. But "hope". That's a word I haven't heard in a while.
