Good day.

I'm afraid a mistake has been made. As I understand it, it's the Seelie court which should seek my loyalty, and yet I have found myself among the Unseelie. I intend no offence to members of either court, nor disloyalty to the court I have been placed with, yet it is a perplexity. Simply put, I am left to wonder if this was indeed the intent and there has been no confusion, or if my own confusion is sound. It's...troubling, for reasons I apologise for not detailing.

Similarly, I'm looking for a friend, most likely among the Seelie, if present. He's about seventeen, Japanese, and you'll know him for a foolish innocence and investment in justice. Better still, being terribly easily flustered.

[Giving a name would be better, and it does make it apparent this friend is his Master, to anyone in the know, but it is still even just a little bit safer to keep Tatsumi's name secret. He can't jeopardise the boy's safety.]

Ah, one more thing. I'm a doctor, therefore if anyone is ever in need of medical attention, I am always available, particularly for those outside the courts who may not have access to their infirmaries. I should note, however, my practice may not be up-to-date for some. Although I do promise I don't suck. [He laughs lightly.] -That's right, a name would be helpful, wouldn't it? I suppose it's best to continue with Berserker for now, although I am aware there is another by the name. If that name holds meaning to you, I believe it's important we speak. Perhaps more privately.

Each Court has its code, its face, and something that drives them. The Monarchs see which our true selves - what we believe deep down inside once we stop lying to ourselves - fall under.

There were many times in my life when I would have been claimed by the Seelie. I prefer to bear the Unseelie banner.

As Unseelie, we have freedom and our choices are ours. The only shackles we wear are our own.

Yet such an idea is directly against my own beliefs, now and in the past alike - no, more appropriately, I admit I fear it.

It is not the different times as much as it is how we change over our lives. My view of the world is vastly different than it used to be.

Believe me when I say that I understand. Habits are, of course, hard to overcome and when we are conditioned to have everything good taken from us, the idea of reaching for what we want is daunting.

Leave yourself open to the possibilities before you. Know what is and what is not a chain you have locked about yourself.

[What can he say to that? Of course part of him knows what he has done, the reason his other self could exist, why he has become so strong. It's exactly that. Denying himself so much and denying so many aspects of himself. But if he wants the opposite, and acts on that desire, then why should the worser ones still exist, and why should they colour him.]

Not that the 'young man' doesn't seem suited, rather that odd feeling of familiarity may then have some reason, but this is then the third Saber he's met. ...If this Saber is another? At this time, the Mad Enhancement is inactive. -I'm sorry, have we met? Rather, you wouldn't recognise me, you did not take part in the First War - did you?

Even those of the Berserker Class with their Mad Enhancement suppressed tend to not be this... polite.

And you are correct: I have participated in both the Fourth and the Fifth Wars.

I see, then of course we haven't, my apologies.

No, I suppose other Berserkers wouldn't be quite the same. But then, my legend is surely quite different. It's merely the politeness expected of my time and rank.

It is quite interesting to meet a Servant here that I do not know. There are several here and all of them I have crossed blades with at some point.

Truly? How strange you should all be linked. Though I suppose taking part in two wars does help. You would be only the second Servant I have been able to speak with, the other of which was also a Saber, at the feast. You must forgive me then if I conduct myself improperly.

I swear to you I intend no harm on anyone at all. My purpose is the protection of human life. Although - as a Berserker Class Servant, there are certain things which I may have no control over.

I am - among other things. Still, keep my request in mind in regards to that Saber.

I am aware of the particular quirks of the Berserker Class. Do not hold it against me should your Mad Enhancement become active and I take necessary measures.

How marvellous! As I told that Saber, I hold a deep respect for knights - what's more, England is my home, as well.

I would never think to hold anger over such a thing. If that were to happen, then please do stop me, in any way you must.

[Oh, if Berserker knew who that other Saber really was. In a way, it was sad that Mordred's legend would become one that centered on her betrayal. Saber would not give her son's identity to those who did not Need to Know.]
