Video; Dec 3rd; both courts
Good day.
I'm afraid a mistake has been made. As I understand it, it's the Seelie court which should seek my loyalty, and yet I have found myself among the Unseelie. I intend no offence to members of either court, nor disloyalty to the court I have been placed with, yet it is a perplexity. Simply put, I am left to wonder if this was indeed the intent and there has been no confusion, or if my own confusion is sound. It's...troubling, for reasons I apologise for not detailing.
Similarly, I'm looking for a friend, most likely among the Seelie, if present. He's about seventeen, Japanese, and you'll know him for a foolish innocence and investment in justice. Better still, being terribly easily flustered.
[Giving a name would be better, and it does make it apparent this friend is his Master, to anyone in the know, but it is still even just a little bit safer to keep Tatsumi's name secret. He can't jeopardise the boy's safety.]
Ah, one more thing. I'm a doctor, therefore if anyone is ever in need of medical attention, I am always available, particularly for those outside the courts who may not have access to their infirmaries. I should note, however, my practice may not be up-to-date for some. Although I do promise I don't suck. [He laughs lightly.] -That's right, a name would be helpful, wouldn't it? I suppose it's best to continue with Berserker for now, although I am aware there is another by the name. If that name holds meaning to you, I believe it's important we speak. Perhaps more privately.

Video
[Says one who looks an awful lot like a young man riding through the woods. Saber had forgone her black dress and clothed herself in male clothing for the White Hart's hunt.]
Video
I beg your pardon for saying so, sir, but for what reason do you draw such a conclusion?
Video
The Monarchs know us very well. Some could say they know our hearts better than we do ourselves.
Video
...I suppose that must be true, yes.
[But his case is complicated, they could have overlooked that he is two, and only given thought to Hyde!]
Is it a selection, or something ingrained - inherent? Ah, that is, if you've any idea; if there is talk. I apologise if I've asked something entirely absurd.
Video
Each Court has its code, its face, and something that drives them. The Monarchs see which our true selves - what we believe deep down inside once we stop lying to ourselves - fall under.
Video
Berserker pauses, suddenly incredibly conscious of not only the guilt he feels, but its source. Of that dark void within him, the cries and claws it seems to extend into the parts of him that are solely Jekyll. When he speaks again, his voice is softer.]
...Is that so. I see, thank you for taking the time to explain. It is rather unfair even so, but if that is the system, there's nothing to be done.
Video
As Unseelie, we have freedom and our choices are ours. The only shackles we wear are our own.
Video
Yet such an idea is directly against my own beliefs, now and in the past alike - no, more appropriately, I admit I fear it.
[Of course, it's very much Hyde's desire. But that's exactly the reason to fear it.]
Video
[Saber brought her horse to a halt.]
I understand how it is scary to allow yourself something you may never have before. We all must find our own internal balance.
Video
[He offers a smile. It may not be his best, but it's far from the worst. There is still a wamth to it.]
You're exactly right, of course. Yet it is a difficult thing all the same.
Video
Leave yourself open to the possibilities before you. Know what is and what is not a chain you have locked about yourself.
Video
...Yes, I suppose that must be the case. I have always tried just a bit too hard to act in a way which would allow me to hold my head high. I suppose most must experience that feeling, at least at some point in their lives. Thank you, sir, for your wise words.
Video
I am called Saber. Who do I have the pleasure of speaking with?
Video
[That was not at all the name he was expecting to hear. Not that the 'young man' doesn't seem suited, rather that odd feeling of familiarity may then have some reason, but this is then the third Saber he's met. ...If this Saber is another? Wasn't that man blonde, and quite young? But that's little reason for assumption. If only he could better recall.]
I am Servant Berserker.
Video
You are rather calm for a Berserker.
Video
[Thanks for poking at a rather sore subject.]
At this time, the Mad Enhancement is inactive. -I'm sorry, have we met? Rather, you wouldn't recognise me, you did not take part in the First War - did you?
YOU SAW NOTHING
And you are correct: I have participated in both the Fourth and the Fifth Wars.
I DO THAT SO MUCH
[At least he smiles for that, just a bit.]
No, I suppose other Berserkers wouldn't be quite the same. But then, my legend is surely quite different. It's merely the politeness expected of my time and rank.
It never stops being embarrassing when it happens
[Even that other Saber Servant, but you know... father/son relations at its best.]
It really doesn't...
[When he says the second he's spoken to, that includes during the war, after all.]
no subject
...that other Saber you spoke to, though, is one I have a responsibility to. Should that Servant trouble you, please contact me immediately.
no subject
[Knowing the other Saber, presumably from legend, and being a Saber as well...]
I swear to you I intend no harm on anyone at all. My purpose is the protection of human life. Although - as a Berserker Class Servant, there are certain things which I may have no control over.
no subject
I am aware of the particular quirks of the Berserker Class. Do not hold it against me should your Mad Enhancement become active and I take necessary measures.
no subject
I would never think to hold anger over such a thing. If that were to happen, then please do stop me, in any way you must.
[He says 'if', but he knows it will. He knows Hyde. Although he doesn't account for the extreme likelihood he himself will make use of his Noble Phantasm, sooner or later.]
no subject
Ah... a loyal subject. I served Britain my whole life.
