[ There must have been another feast. Word of it has traveled to her ears as well as talk for a hunt. Both are events that draw some concern, but don't affect her goals, therefore they are better ignored. What she could do is make an attempt to reach out to shardholders, old and new, and possibly make a bit of coin in doing so. That's why when she greets everyone, it's with a pleasantly polite smile and the decor of the Castle Mair behind her. ]
What a busy month. Are they all like that? [ She waves a hand as she speaks as if to brush off the topic. ] It may have gone unnoticed, but as the Master of Archer it's only proper to inform you that he took his leave earlier last month of this world. If he had any debts, you may approach me with proof of this and I will conclude his business.
Speaking of paying off debts, my workshop is ready to take costumers. My specialty is conversion magic as well as command over all five of the elements. [ Her expression is rehearsed and composed, much like a teacher addressing a class full of idiots. ] In short, I can do a number of things many others don't advertise they can do. It seems pointless to keep my status as a magus here a secret when the world is surrounded by magic. Though it would be nice to learn something useful like shooting a bow...
[ She mutters that last part. ]
Anyway, speak with me about what you want and I'll arrange to help you if I can. We can sort out payment, favors, and IOU's later, especially if you're new to this world. I'm flexible.

Video.
Condolences, my lady. [Says a soft, high, boy's voice, if he's not presuming anything by saying it.
And stumbles from one thought into the next - corner of his mouth and brow twitch at sides and slant a little - ]
Err -- a-also if I might -- by, erm. Conversion magic -- you mean... [Don't trail off there, for heaven's sake, make it a proper question!] -- What might that be?
[The tone hums a little too even and stilted; doesn't quite make question-like inflection. And, hastens:]
-- Forgive me, my lady, I'm - only curious...

You don't have to be so shy. If I didn't wish to speak of it, I would have kept quiet on the matter. [ She'll even give him an encouraging smile to try to warm him over. ]
Conversion magic is the ability to transfer power into other items and vice versa, to take power away from them. It's hard to come up with a reliable example without knowing your background so I rather not make an ancedote out of an academic answer.

He'll take it. Closes his mouth, presses it thin - not quite smiling likewise any more than very ruefully, but... shutting up. And thank ye milady.]
-- I erm -- no, I uh. [Now he's ticking on what looks a little more like a smile. Still very rueful.] -- Excuse me if I'm complicating things - if. Er -- what about what you mean by "power" if-if -- if that can be explained? Uhm -
[That was a change of subject and he clams up right there, wincing, inwardly hissing at himself; he probably wasn't going to come off as any less tense by apologizing or throwing in something else there!]

Magical energy usually. Are you familiar with odo, mana, or prana?
[ May as well start with something she thinks is easy to gauge his experience. So far her explanations on things have fell short due to the lack of experience others had, but maybe she can do better this time. ]

I am not.
[Soft and restrained but unobstructed; an easy question to answer simply.]

In my world, prana is created by two things. The odo which the human body creates within their magical circuits and mana, which is provided in the atmosphere by the world itself. So being able to create prana itself is limited to magi who are familiar with the process. Since there's only so many units of prana a single person can carry, based on their circuitry alone, then it's kind of a waste to let it stockpile when the storage container is full.
Transferring it into another object means someone else can use it or they can access it at a later time.
