[She picks at a strand of hair curiously, looking at it out the corner of her eye before shrugging.]

It can. Magical energy, or prana in my world, is found both within the world as well as the individuals who inhabit it. I'd like to see if your body is capable of producing it, which it should be seeing as you can conjure flame, but there's no telling if the rules of magic are different for you or not.

Are you practicing how to use a sword as well? I've got a stick!

[ Sheepishly realizing how stupid that sounds, she corrects herself. ] A stick I've enchanted to weight the same as a training sword that I've been practicing swinging around. Maybe we can spar!

That...almost explains why th' witch took some of my hair for th' spell...

[It's murmured, almost as an afterthought as she rubs her chin. The second part startles her, but she giggles a little at Rin's explanation.]

Aye. I was granted a new sword as a boon. I've never been th' best at sword fightin', not like my archery. I'd like a sparrin' partner who's on my level.

I suppose I would have to get a real sword first before I could do anything like that. It'll be troublesome, but I'll see what I can do. In the meantime, do take care.
