[ As Jojen knows that his sister and charge are both here, but not where, or exactly how this odd locket might function... well. He's managed to figure out how to keep it to the court he's found it in, and so the Seelie court will get a look at a sickly young boy, who regards the trinket with a quiet sort of interest. It seems to be working, which means that he can speak with an entire world in an instant. ]
Curious place, this Drabwurld. A place of magic and strangeness that would be best suited to the old songs, yet it's very much alive here. I would ask for what sort of people have been brought here, and what tales they bring with them, but another time perhaps. There's to be a hunt, for many, and I would wait for it to end before I sought out such things.
Happy hunting, to those that seek to try.
[ A faint twitch of a smile, there and gone. ]
Though I don't suppose you'll be joining the hunt, will you, Meera? I would very much like to see you, and dear Bran, as soon as possible. There is someone here who would be kind enough to take me to you, but there lies a small problem in this.
[ Enigmatic as always, he's sure that his sister will know what said problem is, or at least be able to figure it out. ]

video; ➥ action;
Then she flicks off the screen, making to prepare herself for the quick journey. She grabs Rickard Stark's sword that Ned let her keep though she thinks nothing will come to pass. She has another smaller dagger in her furs and she writes a note for Lady Sansa should anyone look after her.
Like she predicted, she came to Caer Glaem minutes later and headed into the great castle that she has not seen since the summer months. She is glad to see it standing and just as busy as ever. With the new arrivals, people are moving to and fro rather quickly. For her part she takes an easy wall back to the Great Hall, keeping an eye out for her brother.]
action;
Better still that he has his sister and their ward here, though. Meera and Bran, the rest of the Starks, the people that he's met thus far. It has the potential to be better, though he still feels exhausted and like he's trying to breathe on the hottest day in the Neck.
Jojen has nothing to bring with him save for his walking stick and the amulet, but still, he asks Zhaneel to take him to the Hall. A part of him is almost excited to have them meet, honestly largely due to the fact he thinks they're bound to get along. Something tells him that they will.
Having Zhaneel almost probably makes it easier for Meera to find him, considering the image of a griffin sigil that he offered Meera, and a breathing gryphon in the flesh amidst people and fairfolk. ]
action;
Jojen! [It doesn't stop her from putting her arms around his neck though. It's not a tight hug, and she doesn't particularly care how little he shows affection. Meera is glad to see him again after so long without him. It has been a strange world navigating it alone.]
action;
When Jojen tells her that Meera is coming directly to Caer Glaem to meet him, there is a moment of disappointment. He wouldn't need her help, after all. She tries to hide her expression behind pleasure for his finding his family and charge, but it's only when he asks her to help him to the Hall that she realizes he's far from dismissing her.
When he gathers his scarce belongings, she moves to walk alongside him and paces herself to his slower steps so he might rest a hand on her shoulder for support should he wish.
They're not waiting long at all before someone calls Jojen's name. Ears flick forward and she turns to the voice just as a dark haired young woman reaches them and throws her arms around his neck.
The gryphon thrums in her throat, the sound rumbling low into her chest.]
This is Meera? [She speaks sidelong to Jojen, not moving away from the support she is bodily offering him. Her bright yellow gaze flits from Jojen to Meera, and she bobs her head once in greeting.] I am Zhaneel... It is good to see Jojen has found you.
action;
So he walks with her, hand steadied against his shoulder, and keeps his eyes open for his sister.
When Meera comes running over, Jojen does offer her that same smile he did when they'd finished speaking over the lockets. He isn't really surprised that she comes to hug him, either, and he brings his hand away from Zhaneel's shoulder to press it between Meera's own. It's not a full hug, but he tilts his head up enough that he can set his chin over her shoulder. ]
This is Meera. [ And he will never deny the quiet fondness in his voice, regardless of the fact he's rarely affectionate. ] Hello, sister.
action;
When the griffin introduces herself, Meera dips her head in turn.]
I am Meera Reed, and you have my utmost thanks for looking after my brother.
action; Sorry I had to make dinner for the family!
She watches their exchange fondly, but with at least a small degree of envy. The young gryphon had no such bonds herself, having been the only kit born to her mother and father; both of whom had died at war.
She flusters a bit when Meera introduces herself and thanks her for watching over Jojen. Her feathers fluff and flatten again rapidly and she sucks her head, embarrassed at the thanks.]
You need not thank me... [She glances sidelong at Jojen, amuse by in her gaze as she brushes the bend of her wing over his messy hair, mussing it further.]
It was my pleasure to help as I could, little enough as it was.
[She pulls her wing back in, folding it along her back as she finally lifts her head to look at the pair properly.]
Mmm... there is much of you in one another.
action;
I am fine. [ There's a tease in his voice, though, rather than complaint.
And then he huffs when his hair is ruffled even more. Zhaneel seems to take enjoyment out of messing with his hair, alternating between smoothing it out or making it even more unruly. He just reaches up to smooth her feathers down at her shoulder. ]
Still, you've been good to me - to both of us, by helping. [ And he looks at Meera, taking in her features, before he reaches up and pinches a bit of her hair between his thumb and forefinger. ] A bit, isn't there?
action;
It is still something I am grateful for. If ever you have a need for something, please call on me. My lady is generous and the Keeper of the city Cothromach, where we are headed. You are also welcome, of course.
[At the talk of how similar they are, she still smiles back. Their father would be proud, she thinks.]
It is hard deny he's my kin for better or for worse. [She can tease Jojen just as easily, more so for being with him has brightened her spirits ten fold.]
action;
When Meera says that he is welcome to join them in Cothromach, she brightens, ears flicking forward.]
I would like that... I've never been and Jojen had only good things to speak of you and the others there. [Of Bran, anyway.] I should like to keep an eye on this one to make sure he settles in. [She glances sidelong at Jojen, her expression warm.]
But to see a new place and stretch my wings a bit would be a good change of pace, I think.
action;
I imagine it could, truly, be worse than it is.
[ Amused, though it's more muted than it would be with anyone else, he shifts his attention over to Zhaneel, just in time to watch her ears flick. He can't help it, everything about her is fascinating. ]
Truthfully, I would be glad to have you there. And I am sure that the others would, as well - Bran, especially. The skies seem particularly welcoming, from what I could tell.
action;
Though the skies have been bright since the battle, and I do not see it changing any time soon. [Not when they kept the Unseelie troops out of her lady's city.]
