Mae govannen [(Well met)], these creatures informed me I am in the Drabwurld just beyond the Unseelie castle. They do not seem to be able to tell me how I might return home. It is imperative that I do not linger here, my father will worry.

[Among others, though he would be first to notice her absence. It could be a terrible distraction from the war, causing worry when it was unnecessary - even cause a horrible loss. That could not happen - no on her account.]

Goheno nin [(Forgive me)], but I must return to Imladris at once. You seem to have powerful enough magic to bring me to your world, surely it could not be such a hardship to return me home. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

[And with that the locket closes, uneasy eyes searching the forests for an unseen danger - far too accustomed to things like orcs roaming in the night. The sooner she could be returned home, the better.]

So I am trapped, then? What of my home, my family?

They say the fate of our homes rest in our hands. If the court that has claimed you loses this war, your world will be destroyed.

[ There is so much bitterness and anger in her voice, even if her expression is stony and neutral. ]

You may yet see familiar faces here, they too might have been brought to this realm.

[Her heart sinks with that news. Her world was already being ripped apart by war. She did not choose to be a part of this fight. It did not seem fitting that she and countless others be punished for the outcome of a war they did not start.]

As I am sorry that you must hear them.

[ She wants to believe that there must be a way to stop this madness without any worlds being destroyed, but how? ]

I would rather hear the truth than be led to believe a pleasant lie.

[It may not have been pleasant, but it would stave off far more grief at hearing the truth later.]

How long have you been trapped here?

[ Sif nods, something appreciative in her expression. Preferring harsh truths to comfortable lies is an attitude she can respect. ]

Somewhere between two or three months, I think. I'll admit to not always keeping a close count of the days.
