[The video feed on the amulet shows Zelos sitting crosslegged on his bed. The room looks to be a rather comfortable room that's given to people of nobility in the Seelie court. Though other than what looks like a small vase of purple flowers on the nightstand, there's not much in the way of personal touches.]

Well what do you know, I've been here almost a month now! Which is a lot longer than I'd like, buuuut from the sounds of how long people get stuck in this place - I probably shouldn't complain too much.

[Though always going to complain some.]

Anyway! Since it seems pretty normal to ask questions on these locket - I thought I'd might as well throw in a few of my own again if there's any kind souls willing to answer! I mean, I always prefer to hear it from a lovely female voice, but don't worry- I can settle. ♥

[He clears his throat. For each number, he makes counts them off on his hand]

1. Just what exactly were those shadowy blob guys? I mean, other than the name I can't say. Any idea just where they came from? Are they like a normal thing in this place? Because seriously, talk about annoying and creepy.

2. Is there anyone who can tell me more about the Shards? Yeah, I already know they're crystals inside us that the courts want to collect- but why? What are they made of? How'd did they get into us? Honestly...any information would be of use.

3. Does anyone know where I can get more hair ties or supplies? Because I'm down to my last tie, and that's a serious problem!

And... [He taps his chin] I think that's it! Huh! I thought there would've been more! Oh well!

[He's seen a lot of women in his life. A lot of beautiful women, in fact. Flirtations aside, he's seen and been with more than enough to let looks even come near inhibiting his thinking. But when the video feed shows Galadriel, he even he has to pause for a moment. Her beauty was so radiant it almost seemed like she glowed.]

[But the moment of awe passes, and he pushes his mind to actually focus. Right. Important answers here. He clears his throat, feeling slightly embarrassed he actually did let a beautiful face distract him]

Uh- yeah. I'm with Seelie. [He pushes a lock of his hair back, frowning at what she actually said]

Is it really that hard to find more information than just what they tell us when we get here?

[Oh, Zelos. The corners of her mouth twitch upwards in amusement at his reaction, but she otherwise shows no sign of noticing it.]

It is. One may interpret this in one of two ways, of course. The first, and most generous, is that is what they genuinely believe. The second is that the particular tale they share serves them well. As does, no doubt, keeping certain information from us. [Yes, someone is terribly cynical.]

Yeah?

[Wow she's beautiful and cynical. He loves it]

Heh. You gotta be the first I've heard that hasn't tried to defend them. [Talk about a relief]

I have been in politics for far too long to trust easily.

[wilder]

That's something we have in common.

And because of that, I can't shake the feeling it's not the first one. At least, not entirely.

Precisely so. It seems to me the only prudent assumption. I do intend to learn as much as I can, independent of the bias of the court, but it is rather a daunting task.

[wilder]

Yeah, tell me about it. [There's a "heh" and he rubs his neck]

Have you learned anything yet? I mean, outside the stuff they feed us at the court.

I have learned of several places where I might begin. The Drabkeeper's castle, they say, holds records of all things since the beginning of this world and is unaffiliated with either court. I have heard also that the Sisterhood holds some means of revealing both what is and what has been.

[wilder]

The Sisterhood?

I haven't heard of that before. Who are they?

It is, I believe, the name for the organization of nymphs of various sorts.

[wilder]

Nymphs! Oh! Okay!

[A pause, and nope he's got nothing]

What's a Nymph?

[inafadingcrown]

[A chuckle] I required something of an explanation myself, when this was first explained to me. It is apparently a category of being which includes a number races- dryads and sylphs... [She trails off]. There were others, but I do not remember them all offhand.

[wilder]

[He frowns, thinking a little] Well, I know what a Sylph is at least.

Any idea how likely this Sisterhood would talk to a couple of Shardholders?

I spoke to a few Dryads in a friend's company already and they made it plain to me that it was a Sylph, in fact, who I would need to seek out. As for them? I cannot say.

[wilder]

A Sylph...

[he crosses his arms]

I know someone who went to do something relating to the Sylph. Maybe she might know something.
