These monsters aside, this is the nicest kidnapping I've ever been to. It's been days and I have yet to be drugged, beaten or sold into slavery. [ Considering what his life was like, this is seriously a step up. ] But clothes might not last these attacks, so if I start walking around naked please refrain from pointing or grabbing at my manly spirit. I'm actually quite shy. [ Shiro said, as he smiled boldly. ]

Is there a place in this world for an umbrella maker to gather materials for his craft? I used most of what I could find for this mask. I'm mostly in need of colored paper, paints, oil, lacquer, and bamboo.

Recruitment is just another word that they use, isn't it? Not to brag, but if there's a contest for most times kidnapped, I should win at least a runner up prize.

How did they manage to "recruit" you?

[ It is oddly adorable. Really, the Outsider is just annoyed by having to stop what he's doing to say 'Lawkamercyme' every few minutes. ]

[ And his wounds heal quickly so even if he's maimed...

Of course it's powerful magic. The man looked like the type who'd be hard to kidnap without it. But it's not an answer that's good for conversation. ]

Did it involve magical circles, incantations and blood sacrifices? [ jokingly ]

You could run without arms.

[ He sounds rather like a bored schoolteacher who's had to correct someone a thousand times before when he says that. ]

It may have. I did not ask.

Let's say I could compensate. And I get home safe, and sound and armless. How am I going to continue my craft without my hands? And speaking of crafts, you don't look like you get much sun. Can I interest you in an umbrella?

Prosthetics, perhaps.

How do you feel about umbrellas that come with accessories? [ Like maybe a smaller one for that dog. ]

I have never had an umbrella either way, so I have no opinion.
