Video, backdated to July 20th

A crying, dark-haired young woman lifts her head from the viewer's shoulder. He has a gloved hand placed on her hair in apparent comfort before gently letting it drop. "Don't cry. You should try to cheer up," he says.

Quickly, the young man who's perspective this is goes to a new topic. "Mother's birthday is next week. We should make it more grand than usual, since we'll be celebrating for our brothers." His tone brightens. "I composed a very special song. I sure she'll love it! It's called "Lacie". The inspiration just came to me in a flash!"

The lady still looks upset. "You're lying. You complained that you couldn't come up with anything good in your letters."

"No, you're lying!" he exclaims in response. At that, she sniffs, and probably realizing he didn't help matters any, he puts his hands on the side of her head and rests his forehead against hers. "Don't worry. I won't die that easily. Got it, sis?"

A crackling sound catches their attention, and they both look at flames that have seeped through one wall of the room they stand in. "The fire's spread this far already?!"

The young woman races toward another man who holds a door open for her. "Elliot, this way!" she calls.

Elliot starts to follow, but as he goes into the hallway near the top of the stairs, something comes over him. A memory within a memory perhaps? Regardless, he falls to the floor, his hands over his face in pain.

"Elliot!" While it's hard to see anything, his sister can be heard talking. "Hans?!" After a pause, she speaks more quietly. "You..."

"Are you all right, Lady Vanessa?" another young man says, sounding like he's at the bottom of the stairs walking up. Elliot begins trying to stand after this, likely recognizing this new voice, but his apparent pain makes it difficult and slow. The other speaker continues. "Please listen to me. Hans was just killed downstairs. His head was cut off."

"It...was you..." Vanessa states in a growing rage just as Elliot manages to get his eyes on her. "You killed him, didn't you?! You're working with those people who broke in here!"

The other boy is near the top of the stairs. He has very long and scruffy dark hair past his eyes as well as a large pair of glasses. "No, I-" he begins.

"Stay away from me, you murderer!" she exclaims, shoving him back down the stairs. "Everything's gone wrong since you showed up! Our brothers died, our mother lost her mind, all of it! You ruined everything! Stay away from Elliot! If anything happens to him, I'll kill you! I will kill you!"

Their conversation continues, but it's drowned out by another persuasive yet sinister voice. Vanessa doesn't turn her head, so it's highly likely that no one else can hear it. "We can't allow her to do that."

"No, I can't..." he whispers, also not heard by those nearby. Elliot stays frozen in place.

"We have to kill her!" the voice says more strongly. "The Headhunter has already appeared in this place. It will be easy. We MUST.."

Slowly, Elliot stands. The other boy is now nowhere in sight, and Vanessa has her back to him. He doesn't have to go far to approach her. "Let's kill her now."

"Elli-?" Vanessa turns but doesn't get the chance to finish her statement. A long tendril quickly swipes from behind him, severing her head.

Immediately, he collapses to the floor again and closes his eyes. Time seems to stand still as the voice returns. "No, you don't need to feel such pain. You can forget again. You were asleep the whole time..."

This apparently convinces him. Elliot opens his eyes groggily only an instant later. "Sorry, Vanessa," he says as he raises his head and looks toward her. "I'm fine now."

As he gets to his knees, he's met with the sight of her head toppling down the stairs before her body follows. Flecks of her blood land on him as his eyes follow her corpse in shock. "...Vanessa...?" he finally murmurs weakly.

[ooc: Dialogue is mostly me making a fan translation sound more like I think people talk because I have't bought the official releases with these scenes yet with a bit of artistic licence on ones we never heard..]
