[Hello fellow Draubworld residents! Have the face of an eager looking blonde teenager on your lockets. She's hanging out in her rooms, sitting on top of the chest at the foot of her bed in fact. Behind her are several dresses tossed on the bed pretty haphazard. She's opted for men's wear, though it looks a little big from her- nothing is exposed, though!]

So three questions- or, wait... technically four, depending on how you answer the third.

First question: Is anyone here interested in some dresses? [She glances back over her shoulder and only now, belatedly reaches back with her free hand and straightens one of them out across the cover, then turns back again.] This is what they brought when I asked about clothes, but I'm not really big on dresses. It seems dumb to just let them collect dust and go to waste and I figure someone here who can actually appreciate them is bound to be my size.

[Yeaaaap. So there's that. She holds up two fingers, wiggling them playfully.]

Second question! Does anyone here know where I can find a good tailor? Or, I don't know, if anyone watching this knows how to do it I'd be glad to pay for some comfortable clothes that fit.

[At which point she smirks, and there's definitely a glint of challenge in her eyes this time when she holds up three fingers.]

Third question. So the faeries bring all sorts of people here, right? I'm looking for people to train with. I know how to use weapons like lassos, swords, and spears, but what I'd really like is to find someone else who knows how to fight hand to hand. If you're up for it just let me know. [And then she waves at the locket with a grin and snaps it shut.]

[Cassie was just standing there waiting, hands on her hips and scoping the place out when she thought she heard the sound of paws on stone, and HO-LEE-SHIT IS THAT A POLAR BEAR... THAT IS ALSO A DOG??? That is like the coolest hybrid she's ever seen!

Her eyes widen with excitement as it stops in front of her with her sparring partner on top.]

Whoa...

[Hey, hey Cassie. Korra is talking to you.]

I mean- yeah, that's me! You're Korra, right? [She looks from Naga to her rider at that, of course.]

[sangilak]

You got it!

[ and with that, korra kicks her feet out of the stirrups and hops off of naga's back. she turns to undo the girth and buckles of naga's saddle, smirking to herself.

korra totally caught that expression when she rode up on naga. ]

You wanna pet her?

[blundergirl]

[Totally jumping on that invitation.] That would be awesome! What's her name? [She holds out her hand, palm up for Naga to inspect, but she doesn't seem hesitant or afraid in the least. It's more for Naga's sake than her own.]

[sangilak]

It's Naga.

[ the polar beardog steps forward, pushing her nose into cassie's hand and getting a good, deep sniff of the other girl before she lifts that giant head of hers and draws her tongue over cassie's face. despite her ferocious appearance, naga's a really big sweetheart, and since she can sense — in that sixth sense that animals have — that cassie means korra no serious harm, there's no problem at all in accepting cassie as a friend. ]

She's my best friend from home.

[blundergirl]

[Cassie has been around enough canines and lupines to have an idea of what's about to happen when Naga lifts her head, she laughs and turns her head enough that Naga's kiss lands on her cheek, bringing her hand up to rub her on the head in greeting.]

Nice to meet you both in person. She's amazing!

[MAN why couldn't she have a polar bear dog]

We used to have a dog when I was little, but no where near this big. I think she's even bigger than Wolf. [Saying something considering he's a mutated wolf at that.]

[sangilak]

[ you see that look of confusion on korra's face, cassie?

yeah. yeeeeah.... ]

...Wolf?

[blundergirl]

Yeah, well I mean Wolf is his name. He's a wolf! ... Named Wolf. Superboy likes his names simple.

[sangilak]

The only wolf I know about are wolfbats.

[ and let's not get started on that prissy douche tahno. ]

[blundergirl]

Thaaaat makes us even, then, because I've never heard of a wolfbat.

So is Naga some kind of polar bear and dog hybrid? I was wondering about that.

[sangilak]

[ korra's shaking her head now. ]

Nope, she's just a ... polar beardog. [ there's a minor pause, all thought of the spar put to the side for the moment. ] Wait, so you guys have wolves... without the bat parts? They don't have wings?

[blundergirl]

Not unless one of the bad guys have gotten up to no good,

[Brief pause.]

which is pretty much an average week for us, to be fair. But normally? No. I think the only animals we have that sound like they're supposed to be some kind of cross over are sharks. Tiger shark, bull shark, whale shark, we have leopard seals and tiger seals that look like regular seals but bigger, or with tusks... oh and I almost forgot about ligers, ligers are real, but that was science.

Okay, so there are more than I thought- but they don't usually LOOK like the both of animals they're named after, not as literally as polar bear dogs and wolfbats. I can't imagine how terrifying spider monkeys would be if we did.

[sangilak]

[ there is a long, long moment of confusion before— ]

Your animals sound really weird.

[blundergirl]

[Which just makes her laugh, honestly, because weird is almost subjective when bioengineering is a thing that villains like to dabble in, and aliens walk amongst the normal human population.]
