His expression is grave, indeed, but his address is made with poise. ]

To those of you to whom I have never spoken, greetings. My name is Aslan, and I arrived in the drabwurld approximately a year and a half ago by this world's reckoning.

I speak to you now, to those who may be unaware, of events that may be coming in the near future.

Earlier this month, I dreamed a dream like unto the visions that came to a number of individuals at the turn of last year. In my dream, I saw great beasts made of metal ravaging the lands with fire. They destroyed everything in their path, and the light of their eyes glowed like unto the very Shards we bear.

I cannot say when, but I believe this vision will come to pass.

I give this warning so that you might not fear, but prepare.

The End comes, and we must be ready to meet it.

The metal beasts are forged of magic and the power of the Shards. Fearsome enough, when it is by the power of the Shards that all the worlds were made.

[ And not easily defeated is the implication there. ]

The powers of this world shall be shaken. As life wanes, instability shall spread.

Death itself was out of balance only a month ago, and so as time draws to a close, we shall see the signs of the drabwurld itself coming to the end of its lifespan.

As those who bear Shards of the great Gem, yes, we are.

It is by the actions of shardbearers that the final fate of this world shall be determined.

I might be able to help fight these. I'm only worried others won't be ready. Your visions, did they show where they'll be attacking?

They will come for the White Citadel.

I do not believe them to be friends of either Court.

[Upset citizens, or mercenaries, either are viable options. Maybe even a third party that wants something, much like the Scavenger.

The Seelie army has been in the process of making preparations over the last month though I am uncertain how many may know of this thread.
