[ There are some things you can never forget, and seeing your father figure slaughtered with a chainsaw is one of them. Her hand reaches out to find Dorian's, and if it's shaking a little she hopes that he won't comment on it. Instead, she breathes out and swallows back the lump in her throat. ]

[Dorian gives Hermione's hand a little squeeze. Both the Unseelie—who might've been Shardless then for all he knew, but now their alliances are obvious enough—are those whom Dorian at once dislikes and likes. Or perhaps it is more that they intrigue him.]
