[Aqua knows what it means to lose someone very important. Her heart goes out to Merida, and decides that it's more tactful to respond through voice rather than video. She gets the sense that Merida wouldn't want to risk crying visibly to someone she doesn't know.]

I'm still figuring it out myself, but it's different for everyone in how they cure their heartbreak. It's hard to not let the pain overwhelm you or control you, making what you felt about that person sour. I think that the best medicine is to grieve in your own way, and to know that there are people here who will support you.

[She hesitates.]
