So, guys. You remember when we lost all the fire magic in the world to the Void because of reasons?
Well, we've got some hope here. Well, a small, puppy-like, really adorable hope, and his name is Kaio. He's a new god forged from some god of the forge and a shardbearer, and I'm sure some of you have seen him around, because I sure have.
But more importantly, he's going to need shrines, and offerings. I know a lot of you lost those powers and want them back, or even if you just want to get the ability to learn those powers. He's our chance to bring back fire magic into this world again.
I've currently got one in my castle, and I'll be setting up a large shrine to him at Spire Four itself, but he'll need more. So if you guys can set up something of your own, burn offerings in his name, spread the word, you know the drill.
And hey, if he comes by, remember to give him plenty of tummy rubs and ear scratches, he really loves those.

[ She almost comments that fire is good, because it destroyed the Jabberwock, then she remembers that it may anger some of her fellow Unseelie. Awkward. ]
That's... that's good to hear? That some of those things lost can be eventually restored again.
[ She looks visibly uncomfortable with this, despite her words. ]

[ Johnny's nothing if not fiercely hopeful; what's broken can be rebuilt, what's lost can be found again, and if this can help bring back more fire magic into the world, why not, right? He's still not sure how it'll work, exactly, but he knows it's tied in to Kaio becoming stronger. ]
And you should've seen him, Alice, he was adorable. And so small. He could talk, too.

[ Johnny is apologetic -- yeah, he knows people who are afraid of fire; he hadn't known Alice would be one of them. ] Bad experience, huh?

Regardless, it is good to see that, even with the death if the Pyrii, something else can be born and take their place.

[ Johnny is genuinely sympathetic. He knows, better than anyone, the dangers of fire, the way it can hurt and destroy if uncontrolled. ]
And yeah, it is! Makes you hopeful, you know? That if anything, life is always gonna find a way.
