unseelie; video.
They're going to take our power, one by one, and the lives of everyone here. I don't consent to live like this. I don't know about worlds being eaten in our homes or being born again later, and I don't care. Our lives are being ended as they are now.
I don't like to kill needlessly, but it will keep happening—if you meet someone who wants to let that thing destroy everything, including you, then you should find your chance and stick a blade into their heart.
[ she hurls her locket at the wall, and the video hits its target and shuts down. ]

History can remember whatever it likes.
[ She already knows what it thinks of her. ]
video;
[The irony of him talking about truth when he'd lived his life as a lie...he'll never get over it.]
We're in agreement. Stick your blade into as many hearts as you can, no matter the circumstances. No one will know the truth of it but you. I can live with that.
video;
[ She plays with the chain of her locket, and the video bounces a little. ]
What's remembered isn't important: just that there's something to remember at all. I want to make sure of even that little bit.

video;
[ She's not blind to that, much as she still feels angry that it's come to this, all this killing. ]
So stick your blade not into simply as many hearts as you can, but only into as many that would keep us from surviving this.
video;
[Jack smiles, a little amused despite the bitter edge to him.]
But I hope that yours sinks to the hilt every time.
video;
[ She seems to think about that. There's something worth considering there. At Jack's well wishes to the fate of her blades, Katsa blinks back to the conversation and smiles back, though grimly. ]
It always does. But just in case, I'll be sure of it and will think of you when it does.
video;
[As if anything has the power to do that.]
I would ask another favor of you. If you should survive and I don't, make my history a good one.
video;
video;
[Jack tilts his head, considering that last part.]
I don't plan on dying, but I've already escaped a worse fate - don't add that to my story, it'll detract from the tragedy. And people love a good tragedy.
video;
[ She's teasing him, though her joke delivery is as deadpan as usual. ]
I'll do my best. Shall I add in a broken heart as well?
video;
The personal touch never goes amiss.
video;
History would remember you as foolish if you rushed yourself into battle over a broken heart. You'd have no one but your own choices and risks to blame for that. And I would have to be cruel then to brag about it to other people—assuming I'd even wish to link myself to you in a story.
video;
But I couldn't live in a world without you. So I rushed off to prevent its end, hoping you could live on. It's only after I died that you realized you still loved me, and swore to make me immortal with the power of your very lips.
[Jack sighs heavily. Dramatically.]
You're right, it's hideous.
video;
Yes, absolutely hideous. Has anyone told you that you're a ridiculous man?
video;
I can't say that they have. Another honor I lay at your feet.
