[The video feed shows Bethany in, what some might recognize, as Cothromach, though there are still effects of the previous attack and it's damn cold for anyone to be out and about.

However, it appears she's not alone. There's a small group organized to provide hot soup to people who are in need of something warm, as well as any blankets they managed to gather up for those who are lacking.]

I hope everyone is managing to keep warm. My name is Bethany Hawke, if we haven't met. I've been helping however I can here in Cothromach. If you're in trouble, please let me know so I or another can find you and help you. It doesn't take long for this weather to have an effect.

[A slight smile.]

Luckily, some of my magic has been returned to me, including a fire spell. It should come in handy if anyone needs to be warmed up quickly. Not to be cast on you, of course, but I think we could all do with a little thawing right about now.

[She didn't ask for anything, because she didn't know what to ask for and she thought it was kind of strange to get a reward for doing something that seemed so very natural.]

A reward for doing something that should have been done anyway. I suppose that's nice of them. I may have to follow in suit in the future. Thank you for being so forthcoming with your information.

We must all help each other, right? Sharing information is just one way of doing this. I am new here as well, so I often have to rely on others to explain such things to me.

It's kind of you to ask. I can assure you, however, there are likely several others less fortunate. I have a place to stay, food to eat, and the will to make a change still remaining.

Perhaps I should be asking the same of you. I've been assisting the Lord of Mair with provisions for many people who suffered due to Caer Scima's fall. You sound as if you are surviving well enough, however, if you are in need of food or someplace to stay, there's much space in the kingdom.

I came from Caer Glaem. Are people from there welcome in Mair?

I'm so pleased you clarified that. It could have ended up distastrous for you, Bethany. I imagine the welcome you'd get in Mair would have the same ending that my welcome in Caer Glaem would have.

That is to say, not even my charismatic influence would be able to protect you, I'm sure.

Still, you've nothing to fear from me. I'm not entirely sure what to make of all this.

No. I can't say I felt any reason to fear you. At least if you were intending to, being kind would be an odd way to go about it.

Regardless of the positions we've been given, a fact is a fact. We didn't choose to be put against one another. I have to wonder if all Seelie are as generous.

I don't really know. I haven't met many of them. After the attack, I came to Cothromach, and I think I will stay here. This place doesn't shun seelie or unseelie, and I prefer it that way.

Neutral territory then. Sometimes I forget we even have that luxury available to us. I would not go to stay there, but I think it sounds more than worthy of a visit at the very least.

Should you come, perhaps we can meet in person. I have been working here as a healer.

What an amusing coincidence. I'm not a healer by any means, but I've spent a good deal of my time here handing out provisions.

I enjoy travelling, so I don't doubt that we can cross paths, Bethany. If associating one of my kind does not bother you. I was under the impression most Seelie had no desire to be with anyone other than their own kin.

We are not seelie or unseelie by choice when we're brought here, and I'm not about to reject someone who might be a friend just because of this war.
