[Video] The Path to Hell is Paved with Good Intentions (Locked to those with compasses from Rin.)
[The video starts with a string of swear words in Ancient Gaelic. Those looking closely at Diarmuid will notice that there are places on his face where the skin is slowly healing from what almost seems like rot. Rot certainly shows itself on his clothing. In fact, the edges of his cloak crack and bits break off it, fluttering away into the air as it flaps.
Once he stops swearing and actually looks down at the compass in his hand, his expression is grim.]
I tried, but perhaps it was foolish of me to think one man could make a difference...
[Not only is his expression grim, it is angry.]
I don't know how and I don't know what fool is responsible--perhaps we all are--but the Jabberwock has been freed from beneath Caer Scima. It seems to be heading toward Caer Glaem. There is an aura or rot that follows it making it extremely dangerous to approach. Please spread the word. Anyone in its way is going to be in danger. It seems to be...maddened...
[To be honest, he doesn't blame it if it is in anyway tied to Caer Scima's condition.]
May all those Above and Below be with us. We are going to need them...

[her voice is void of emotions, her feelings completely shut down for the moment to prevent them from causing too much.]
voice
[To be honest, it seems like he can still feel that aura of rot even though the beast has left his field of vision.]
Lord Kayneth and I tried to combat it, but it was far too dangerous and we had to fall back.

[however fast it could fly, she hopes it's faster. the news has not come well.]

[Diarmuid turns his head so she can see the patch of damaged skin he can still feel on his neck.]
Get anywhere near it and your body will start breaking down. Skin, bone, clothing. We did not linger long in the aura when we realized what it was doing and that nothing seemed to negate its power.

Oops! And I forgot this was voice. Just imagine he showed you Grell... ;-P

I have intel on how to calm it down, but I'm circulating it to Unseelie only for the sake of making it look like I'm playing to my own side in the wake of Scima's destruction.
Get your fellows to take advantage of the calm. The thing has to be destroyed.
Video
I have done nothing deserving of thanks, but I will do as you say. There is no more I can do here to help anyone, so I am going to head to the front lines.
I understand your caution, so don't worry. You risk much as it is already. Is there anyone you would like me to seek out directly when I get there?

[He nods at Waver.]
Wherever you are, I hope that you are safe. Someone needs to be around to help put this place back together after we all so eagerly tear it apart...
[There is definitely a tone of disgust in Diarmuid's voice when he says the last few words.]

No.

To kill it. Calm as can be, Alice responds- ]
Thank you.
[ Alice won't be responding after this, she's going after it. ]
voice;
[That 'no' worries him a great deal. What is she going to do? Even though Diarmuid doesn't think he is going to get an answer considering how quickly she seemed to have shut down her emotions--he's seen it before and it's never good--he can't help but say something.]
Please...be careful.
video;
A prison is no good if the walls are torn down. Where else can this beast be placed where it can't harm others?
video;
I have no idea. It is very large and not something you will have an easy time leading anywhere.
[Can such a thing be led? And if so, by what?]
video;
Find a place for it. That's what we must do or else what remains of this world will turn into the Desolate Lands.
video;
Maybe if this whole place becomes like that, people will stop fighting like a bunch of children and actually work together.
[There is a bitter tone to his whispered words.]
I wonder if there is anyone who can build some kind of earthen cage for it...
[Not that he thinks such a thing would slow down something the size of the Jabberwock for long, but...]

[ Shit, he hates it when he's right. ]

[Though it was impossible to miss once it had.]
All I can guess is the destruction that was done to the castle broke through whatever was keeping it caged. It is lashing out wildly and screaming in anger at all that comes near.
[Oops, so he's wrong on that. Sorry, he doesn't speak Jabberwock.]
video;
[ John's already moving, barking orders away from the compass. ]
Are you out of there?
video;
Not yet, but soon. I thought it would be a good idea to take word of this to the front lines. I don't know if we can spare many from that fight or if there is anyone who can make it back in time, but I want to at least try.

[Cu Chulainn's words began to shift and slur--a gold tint finding their way to his eyes.]
Where did it go!? I cannot see-- see where-- Where has it gone!?
Video;
[This is not good. There is one beast already on the loose and only a blind man would not see how close Cu Chulainn is to slipping into one of his famous rages--or whatever the equivalent of it is while he is a Servant.]
It has taken to the air. Last time I saw the beast, it seemed to be flying in the direction of Caer Glaem, but there is a lot off in that direction...
Video;
Going to kill it. If it--tttouches--her.

Are you going to be alright?

For a certain value of all right, I suppose.
[He doesn't sound very all right, though.]
Flora, this thing is destroying all that gets close to it, land included. If you find yourself near it, please take care.
[Diarmuid remembers how tied to the land she is and can't help but worry about the extra pain feeling the land rot around her will cause.]
Video;
I'll be careful. [Inasmuch as she can be.] Thank you. How did this even happen?
[Why is everything always such a mess.]
