Video; Viewable to All for Reasons
[In the dead of night, Roa stood out from a balcony built into a mountain castle. The castle, which seemingly sprung up overnight, looked as if it were carved clean out of stone behind Roa. He was overlooking the construction of the fourth spire. Despite the fact that it was the middle of the night, the entire area was illuminated by fake light. Floating yellow orbs hung in the air over the forest, the current shift of construction workers building up what they could under Roa's supervision.
Off to the side, a blond haired young woman with her face mostly obscured by the darkness of her cloak was fletching arrows. Roa shifted his locket so viewers could see the pace of his construction. For awhile he didn't say a thing, simply raising his hands to cast more spells to illuminate the work-space. The thrum of workers below didn't cease and by far, he seemed impressed with it all.]
In my time, 'industry' was never as important as the arts and the education of the few. This is refreshing in comparison. Why, though?
[There was distinct intent in his entire reason for posting this. Was it ultimately an open-ended question? The lighting of the site was as important as was the fact that he was showing the workers, themselves.]
It must be the nature of this beast. In how many wars do you think enemy combatants are free to speak with one another so casually?
Will you show me your rage and desperation? Come--let's burn out this cycle, together.

Was the Unseelie Court recognizing his power? Her power? At least the locket picks up that inhuman snarl of her's. ]

Instead, he went with a classic.]
Such a look? [In an almost seductive, telling voice--]
Are you in pain?
Video;
Not that she really desires that, but having some direction was better than none. Some purpose other than to pursue a target who can't die endlessly.
She's not in pain, though the way he phrases it makes her skin crawl. Don't try to seduce her, Roa. ]

Thankfully, Saber declared his troops would all be living, barring the deads he prepared for himself. Were Saber to shed the blood of living human beings, she would remember that rough smell of iron and the heat of it against her skin--]
Steady yourself and be ready, White Princess. I'll take that pain from you soon enough.
[He smiled sweetly, as if he truly did believe he was doing her a favor.]

[His smile maintained itself with the utmost of ease.
Roa got the reaction he wanted.]
All it amounts to is: bait.

Though that's what you wanted, isn't it?
[She frowns.]
What sort of bait?

[That was to say, he only really needed to plant a single seed.]

Unlucky them.
[But that is the purpose, of course.]
If you need any assistance, of course, I am at your disposal.

Really, you may even enjoy it as a spectator. It's going to be quite a show!

[And that...]
I haven't seen a good show in some time, I must confess.

[More to his speed, though. There was definitely that.]
You'll enjoy it soon enough, then. The duel I'm looking forward to won't go unnoticed.

[She tilts her head.]
I will be quite busy in the coming weeks. Perhaps you should drop me a line when it occurs, so it does not go unnoticed.

With something like that, I'm almost tempted to try and fit you in my busy schedule.

Feel free to march onto my territory, El Melloi. I'll teach you the terror of a magus' true battle.
