Dragons be grouped by their flights. Each flight be one big, extended family, and have a certain color specific to 'em.
[Which is hideously convenient for when you need to go collect 30 dragon asses for some inane reason or another. He just assumes they're all the same color because they're related. Yay, inbreeding.]

A druid wouldn't invoke the sea directly. The spirits they work with be creatures of land, sea and air. [Not unlike what he does, if he's honest.] But a shaman might. Though the spirit of the sea itself might be too powerful for most.
