As you seem to be quite content to use the lockets for communication, it would appear as though that addendum was not for you.

Some communication, yes. But not of the matters which you speak.

Then use an alternative method of communication.

And what manner would please you most? Perhaps we might send messages by bird. Or touch upon one another's minds, though I do not think either of us would like what we find there.

I have lived for a very long time. Disliking something for a reason other than being terribly predictable would likely be enjoyable in itself.

You make it sound nearly worth the effort. But in truth, I am curious why you seek new magics. Your own seems powerful in their own right.

Curiosity. I have intimate knowledge of the magic that comes from my world. That is knowledge that I do not have when it comes to the magic of other worlds, magic that feels different when compared to my own.

As I said: I have lived for a very long time. Those things that are new are rather enjoyable; the creation of a window in a dark room.

You paint a tedious picture of your long life. Does anything motivate you other than your own boredom?

Most people are easy to predict. I have seen empires rise and fall and I will see them do so again, often because the history of the very land they claim as their own has been forgotten. In my world I can look at almost everyone and know every path they might take, how and when and where they might die, their fears and their secrets and all the whispers in their heart.

I seek out those who are different than their counterparts. Those who see two choices before them and pick a third; those that are cut from the rarest cloth. I raise them higher; I help them reach their potential, whatever that potential becomes after their choices. With my help, they shape the world.

This realm has drawn in many like them. Perhaps some of them have something to offer that could be beneficial. You say my own magics seem powerful -- what you have seen is a fraction of what I can do in my world. Yet I am not there. I am in this world, this realm that connects all others, and so I would learn what I can do here with the magic of this world and of others. I would become more than what I became when I was brought here.

You wear chaos well, godling. Though it is a strange thing that even gods should find their power withered here.

[This he knows only too well. His pride won't allow him to admit it, but he knows the Triforce's power is not so powerful here as it was in Hyrule. The limitless power now had limits.]

Do you consider Alice and Lumina to be such individuals?

I am told that it may be due to our connection to our worlds. They could very well crumble, were our power absent from them entirely.
