This one received some vials each of skooma and sleeping tree sap. In moderation, skooma is said to give one strength and quickness at a cost of clarity of mind... But in excess, it is known for the powerful addiction it creates. Even so, Khajiit should think there is hardly enough supply for excess to be a concern.

Sleeping tree sap, Khajiit has heard, is a powerful narcotic indeed. But this one knows little else, save that it is found in the land of Skyrim and nowhere else.
