Those who the sovereign answer to. [ Arcueid does clarify on that point as she sucks in her lower lip in thought, baring one of her fangs. ] Mystical creatures of power, magic... perhaps a god.

Ye could always try th' proper way. When I contacted th' Shuck durin' Samhain I went with an offerin' an' called him by an old name. He's likely tae not take it so well though. He was gruff but kind tae me, but I heard others had...more of an intimidatin' experience.
