[02] || [Locked to Seelie] || [Voice]
Is everyone alright?
[ This voice message comes little after all the teams got teleported to their designated location. Needless to say, Hilda sounds less than pleased with this, though her tone is serious. ]
How many of you have been taken by our hosts to be in one of the team? Do any of you actually intend to go along with what they ordered us to do?
For my part, I will not fight, but I shall not abandon those who chose to follow these orders either. I can sympathize with High-Queen Solais' need for Champions to defend her castle. It is even a necessity, should the Unseelie actually obey their Lords and lead an attack against us. However, to have us retaliate and going in Unseelie territory is nonsensical. Her words-- I do not trust her being sincere.
If you do chose to follow these orders, I urge you to be careful and organized so as to not waste your lives pointlessly.
So say I, Hilda of Lorule.

.....Don't tell me you're not actually in the castle.
[Sob, he can't help protect you when you're so far away, Hilda. Princesses need to be protected, right?!]
no subject
[ Don't worry too much, this Princess can protect herself just fine. … Most of the time anyway. ]
no subject
[WORRY WORRY WORRY you better not get caught, Hilda.]

[ Sorry Roxas, just going to reverse the worries here. After all, should the Unseelie be indeed attacking... ]

[He's not one to let a light fade.] I'll be fine, though. I've been in worse fights.
no subject
I'll do it because I fancy keeping my head on my shoulders and my back free of scars. It's what every other poor bugger on the other side will be doing as well.
no subject
[ She knew something of being desperate and using people. ]
no subject
If the other side shall comply with their order, then you might indeed not have a choice. ... As undesirable as this situation is.
no subject
[Not that he expects her to fight. But he knows good and well that being a civilian in war doesn't keep you out of the war.]
no subject
[ That and anyway, she's already got a hero in her team who's outright said he'd fight for her if she needed it. So she really doesn't have to worry about that. Not that she'll admit it, but. ]

You could ask to those who do have magic to spare you battles then.
no subject
[The last word is said derisively, as someone who utterly mistrusted magic.]
no subject
[ There is nothing to mistrust about magic and Hilda doesn't appreciate that tone. ]

I was called to this land. I agreed to come. Does it make me stupid to make good on what I said I would do?
voice;
[Or giant bears. It is a very real concern of his that there may be more giant bears.]
And we stand to gain back a valuable asset, supposedly.
[His true opinion of the situation is made obvious by the fact that he's grumbling his way through this message, though. He can see some sense in the plan, but he's no fan of the monarchs. Stealing people away from their homes, sending them on missions.]
no subject
Then it is something new to me. I did not even know there were some who came here of their own free will before you mentioning it.
voice;
[ But think to the magnificent bear pelt you could get with that kind of giant bear. ]
Valuable to the Seelie Monarchs, surely. But for us? We do not even know what value has what we must retrieve, what use it could have to us, why it is so important we must risk our lives for it.
[ That and after what had happened in her homeworld-- She knew better than steal artifacts. It tended to backfire in horrible ways. ]

They came to me in my dreams. Might be that others just don't remember it. Most folk don't remember their dreams.
voice;
One could argue what is useful to them should prove useful to us as their army. Especially since I do not see them joining in their own fight.
[Slowly but surely he's perfecting the art of defending and insulting their captors in the same breath.]
I have heard stories of ancient things that contain the power to end wars. Perhaps it an artifact of that nature. Though then one would wonder why the Unseelie are not putting it to use.
no subject
[ She doesn't think so anyway, who knows. Maybe this is all just a very poorly scripted dream. ]
