Video - Both Courts
[ The feed flickers on, displaying an elf seated in one of the more comfortable seats that the library of Caer Glaem has to offer. Nuada is garbed in his customary black, pale hair hanging loosely over his shoulders, and stares straight at the locket. ]
Good day, gentlefolk. I seek the fell beast known as Greenleaf. If you are near the environs of Caer Glaem, my lord, I can be found in the library. I would like to meet you.
[ And now that the invitation (or challenge, depending on point of view) is out of the way: ]
I also seek stories, or information, from those who may share their worlds with my kind. My name is Nuada Silverlance, son of King Balor, of the Clan Bethmoora. Some of my people - our gods - fled from home many years ago, and I have long searched for their location.
Therefore, if anyone would like to share their legends, I would be a most appreciative audience.
[ The feed shuts off a moment later. ]

[She continues her attempts to stifle the laugh that is yearning to escape, doing her best to keep her tone somewhat even. Where her kin had taken offense, she can offer some reprieve for there does not seem to be any ill-will directed towards Legolas.]
Quite so. As is with most... fell beasts, he can easily be tamed with the right approach. Though, I do hope should you manage to lure him in, no harm will come to him as I am rather fond of said beast.

[ Easier for Nuada to keep a straight face, he's had a little more practice at it, but his lips twist every so often as an indication that the prince is not quite as serious as he looks. ]
I've been offered several suggestions already, Lady. But - would you care to add any aside from hair-braiding or singing?

He is a skilled archer as well, so should the need arise I'm certain you could persuade him to regale you in a tale or two regarding the history his bow has seen. Should you need it, I would be more than happy to come down and offer you whatever assistance I can should he become less than cooperative - I am quite skilled in dealing with said beast and alike.
[Point in case - her brothers. There's mirth wrapped in the offer, highly doubting he'll need to call on her - but the offer still stands.]
I am also well versed in the tales of our land, should you ever wish to hear some of our stories.

If I find myself in danger of boring the fell beast, then I may call on your assistance, my lady. [ But Nuada doubts he is in much danger. ] I would be most honored to hear those tales at your earliest convenience.

Of course, just name a time and place and I shall be there. [She might even ask after the fell beast and that encounter.]

You can count on it, my lady. Have I soothed your worries on the beast's behalf?

[A beat.]

[And with that, she closes the locket.]
