I am English, but I'm apparently from a point in time before that, as if I recall correctly the United States President in office is Clinton, and his Vice President is... Gore, I believe? At least, I assume this Cheney is after that. I'm not terribly well versed in United States Vice Presidents, because they're only very occasionally worth anything.
