Video | Morning of 22 November | Open to both courts
[A little after ten in the morning, Waver’s face is on the network again. Behind him is the same inn from the last broadcast, and he remains as cool and stern faced as ever. His voice is calm as he speaks, with just a hint of authority to make it at least seem like things are under control.]
Good morning. We have received intel from within Redgate, and the objective of what is to be done to help it has changed. Those who went into Redgate first have since been dropped into the waters off the coast of Leathann. We have confirmed this both by scrying, and attempting locket communication which has only given us the sound of water. It is at the request of Redgate’s temporary administration that we find those missing, and get them onto dry land.
With that in mind, I propose the following: if someone is capable of bringing a map of the area between the Shipyard ring, Leathann, and the main continent with longitude and latitude clearly marked, we can determine exactly where those missing are. With that information in mind, we will ask those who can teleport or else fly to enter that area and locate the individuals.
Meanwhile, we will request that anyone who can access ships, or else provide a vessel of some sort enter the waters to act as a rendezvous point. If those flying or teleporting can’t carry more than one person with them, this will be key in getting everyone to dry land.
For all of this to work, I need that map sooner rather than later. Please.
Those who can offer the ability to teleport, please arrive here. Those who can fly, I ask that you get into the area and be on stand by - coordinates will be given to you the minute we have them. Those who have water and ship access, I ask that you do the same - head into the waters, and be on standby.
A list of names will be available to those involved in the rescue mission. Otherwise I would rather protect identities involved.
Thank you.
Private, to Rin
I’m staying in Daonna to administrate. There wasn’t a chance of me going into Redgate to begin with, there were plenty of other people more qualified than me. Sorry for making you worry.

There's bound to be maps in the library, I'll get one to you, if someone else hasn't already. I can fly too, [She's mentioned it before, but just in case he's forgotten.] so where would you have me be, my lord?
[After she gets him the map if he needs it, that is.]
no subject
If you can grab maps of the area and bring them here, then stick around, that'd be the best thing for now. Whatever we get out of scrying will likely determine where everyone goes next.
no subject
I'm on it. I'll be right there after I get them.

[Ganondorf is, unfortunately, forced to rely on one of the ships. His means of prolonged flight has been lost with the Helmaroc King's injuries and Ganondorf simply isn't the sort of man who likes to flit about in the air with levitation.]

Grell and Alice are among the numbers at sea.

Who else is among them? The boy lord, certainly. Are there others?

[Hiccup, you and Toothless are lifesaver when it comes to the potential to pick people up.]
We're doing a cursory search right now. The team that's going to the Shipyard Ring is two strong, with one swimmer and one flier. We've got some concerns about there being traps in wait, but on the other, I have a feeling that you and Toothless could be a huge boon.
How many people can Toothless fly with on his back, aside from you?
no subject
I can take one behind me and Toothless can carry two, one in his front legs and one behind. We're also fast, we can rush the area and get back to you as and when we pick people up. I guess there are a whole bunch of them out there, huh? [ Have a nice view of the dragonbros speeding up as the Night Fury's wings slam against the wind, launching them like a speeding bullet over the Spinebacks.
Hope you had a nice lunch, Waver.] Can you let anyone on the coasts know that if their rowboat goes missing, we're borrowing it along the way to carry out there? We'd rather not get shot at.[ Especially while trying to stop people drowning. ]
What kind of traps?

She appears on the locket face, her small ear tufts perked forward and her gaze intense.]
I do not know you... I do not know many here... but I fly fastest of any in my Wing and will help in any way I can.
no subject
That you offer to help without that knowledge means a lot, miss. Can you tell me how far you are from the nearest faerie ring?
no subject
Ten minutes on the long end... sooner if I can manage it.
[She casts her gaze at the locket as she flies.]
Is there a destination, yet, or shall we be searching a wide area? [Winter waters were unforgiving, and a smaller area to search meant a greater chance of success.]

[She says all of this very quickly. Then inhales.]
Are things that bad?
no subject
[Waver smiles a little. The endless offers of assistance have decreased some of the stress in managing everything.]
Anything that focuses on the south east would be a boon. Can you quickly travel to Daonna?
no subject
[She nods down to a little winged dog sitting at her feet. A Simarg cub. When given attention, he wags his tale.]
He could fly it to where you are. A little delivery boy.

[Waver sighs, sitting himself back down on the chair he's claimed as his, grabbing another for Rider by extending his leg and using his foot to drag the chair over.]
Besides. You've got more experience in tactics then I'll have in lifetimes. I need that.
no subject
So please, apprise me of the situation.
