[ Hermione's eyes widen and they flicker over his face quickly; she has no idea what had happened to him but it aches and she wants to reach out and help him, to fix him up. She isn't sure if any of her potions or spells would be able to repair this, but... She wants to try and help. Her heart aches with it.
