goldsickness: (To be brothers in arms)
Thorin II Oakenshield, son of Thráin, son of Thrór ([personal profile] goldsickness) wrote in [community profile] eachdraidh 2014-06-12 12:15 am (UTC)

[ It takes no time at all for a couple of imps to latch themselves onto Thorin, one clawing at the sleeve of his cloak, the other pulling at his hair. With an angered growl, he moves a hand quickly and catches the one yanking on his strands, then quite simply holds it out in front of him and cuts its head off.

One down, five more to go. He does not spare a moment to chase after the injured one, more difficult to strike down because of its irregular flight, but at least it is much slower now because of its missing leg as well. With some frustrated swings of his sword, he finally hits the creature, and as it comes crashing into the ground he slices through it. ]
