Do not worry over it, if you have not had the exposure. I must remeber that not all have had such expusre to the oceans.

The worms seem more intent on crushing them in their coils, perhaps, but I would not be surprised if they would eat humans as well. Anything large enough for them to sustain their metabolism one would likely be suitable prey.
