So, some of you might've heard -- I just took over as Baron for the fourth Spire. Well, what's left of the fourth Spire, and all.

[ He pauses, evidently choosing his words. It's new to him, this whole being official thing, but Johnny's still Johnny -- he just has an important job to do, right now. ] I'm going to rebuild. Clean up the mess, start from scratch and set it up all over again. This used to be a magical center before it all went to crap, right?

[ And they don't even know why it happened -- but right now that's not important. ]

Let's get it back to that again, and more, but first, we've got to get started. With more and more refugees coming in, having one more spire up and running as soon as possible is going to help. That said: I'm going to need plenty of help with clearing and rebuilding the spire from you guys. You know, plumbing, infrastructure, the works. I have plans on how it's going to go, so no one's going in blind.

There's gonna be plenty of heavy lifting, and there are dangerous critters lurking inside there, too, so people who are prepared to take that on to do pest control are appreciated.

[ He exhales; it's been a few long nights for him, what with the planning and all. ]

I'm going to need magic users who can set up protective wards and all that, too, and I'm hoping to get everything up and running before the end of the year.

If there is anything else, anything at all that you would like to help with, I'd be very grateful. Remuneration open and negotiable.

I'm going to need your help for this too, General. I'm thinking our strike team can operate covertly out of here, and train any possible new recruits on these grounds. But I need men, soldiers to make sure that everything goes well.
