[The contact flickers on and Nitoh is decked out in a gold and black suit of lion armor. He flickers his fingers in a cutesy little wave. He’s wearing a purple cape with the figure of a dolphin on his shoulder.]
Heyyy! It's me, Kousuke Nitoh! I'm uh... I'm a wizard, here in the Seelie court. This is my armor! And I, uh… Okay, Haruto!!
[Off in the distance, Haruto appears, looking frustrated as he's assaulted by Ainsels and their coals. He says something - inaudible - and bats at the air before there's a flash of color and he catches two or three with chains.]
Okay, I figured a demonstration’s in order, right, but here we go. If you got any Ainsels around, bugging you, I can take care of them. Me and Haruto have fixed up a bunch… Uh, the Seelie ones, the Unseelie ones just bit us a lot…
[He grimaces and looks at his arm, though there’s no visible wounds anywhere on him.]
Um, anyhow, I got these healing powers and they work pretty well on the Ainsels, but they kinda got to be stuck in one spot? So if you have one in a closet or a box or something I can heal them up pretty good, and that way nobody’s gotta die, right? Anyhow, just hold ‘em steady, Haruto.
[He draws out a spell from his shoulder cape, a sparkling, flowing, waterlike energy that reaches towards the Ainsels as they struggle in Haruto’s magical chains. (Haruto says something, his voice too faint to hear on the locket, but from the way his mouth plays flat and his eyes flicker up in a roll, he's not feeling particularly patient. One of the Ainsels gets an arm free and points at him, and he turns his head to look at it just in time for the spell to hit, at which point he goes a little sullenly silent.)]
All right, here we go!
[The healing water rushes forward and envelops the Ainsels, taking just a very slight detour to wash over Haruto’s skin and heal him of his minor burns and so on. When it’s washed away, the Ainsels are looking much less Ainsel-y, and more like regular fairies, albeit confused to be chained. Haruto's chains drop, and he seems momentarily good-humored as he waves them away.]
Ta dah! So yeah, just lemme know, I can make it anywhere around the castle in no time, and outside the grounds pretty fast, too. I can fly and stuff.
[His voice is kind of overtly excited. He doesn’t usually get to use his mana so frivolously.]
Ah! Right!! One more thing. Obviously I’ll split the boon with you, cos… I mean, I kinda already got so many gold boons I don’t even know what to do with them, ha ha. Fitting, right??
[He gestures to his gold-and-black armor, his movements obviously thrilled]
Okay, I’m ready and waiting! And Haruto, you can like… Go get something to eat, ‘cause you’re gettin’ cranky. Ha ha.
[Haruto's voice comes through clearly as he approaches the locket and Nitoh, and he dings his knuckles against Nitoh's gold shoulder, talking first to him, then the locket proper :] I'm not cranky, Mayonnaise. If you don't want the trouble of dealing with him, let me know. I'll pop by and collect.
