Much can happen even in the course of a month. [So much happened in the time Saber was asleep.]

I would not say it was common, but there have been several instances. Usually, those that fall into such sleeps seem to 'live out' time of their home lives. I believe time in our own worlds runs much slower than the time in this realm.

I did not experience such a phenomena, but I did dream.
