If I die tomorrow and I'm reincarnated, whether or not my reincarnation has my memories, they're still gonna be someone different, someone who isn't me. Do they have more of a right to live than I do, in my here and now? And if we're reborn without past memories, how is that different from dying without hope of coming back?
