It is. Though from what I've been told, everyone who has powers has issues keeping them when they're brought here. Something about where the power is anchored. But the power I have is anchored. I don't understand it. But I know that it shouldn't be this way. If they can give us power or return power to us, they should be able to remove whatever is blocking it completely.
